I would have given these guys a five-star rating however here's what happened. On October 31st my rental agreement begin with them. I had a special rate when I would pay $14 a month for 3 months I think it was and then it goes to $30 per month. Very fair pricing. I moved in on November 2nd. Jeff the guy that was working there was super nice and it was easy to access my unit. About 10 days later I receive an email not a phone call not anything that 10 Federal took over this location and that my new bill will be $50 per month plus tax. So here's where I do not like extra space storage anymore. Don't tell me they didn't know that when I booked it it gave them my money. And of course 10 Federal has something saying they won't honor old contracts that you have to do the new contract. In the meantime I moved all my stuff from NJ to SC I can't afford to get another moving truck to find another place just to spite with these people did to me.
