But this place was so fantastic I had to take the time to share my experience. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Claire, who is dynamite, by the way. I had called ahead with the type of space I needed, she was awesome and accommodating. I called ahead again the day I went to pick up keys, and she had already printed off everything and was ready to go. She taped her business card to the key cards (which I really thought was genius) and walked me through the unit I was interested in. The whole property was very clean, well-maintained, and safe. Security cameras are EVERYWHERE. I've never used a storage unit before but I had images of Storage Wars in my brain, overpacked and creepy. Not at all what's going on there. They take a lot of pride in keeping their grounds safe and clean. I was very impressed. If you need to store stuff, even temporarily, do it here. My unit was just the right size and was impeccably clean. I bought a lock, signed the contract, and began moving things in that same day. It has been such an easy process that I wonder why I never got a storage unit sooner! I've just completed my third move (in 6.5 years, hopefully this is it for a while lol) with them and each time I have counted it 100% worth the cost. The guys arrive on time and handle your stuff with care. They moved my very heavy mirrored dresser - like backbreakingly heavy - down two flights of stairs in my old apartment and up another flight at my house without even a peep of a complaint. When I had someone coming to pickup some furniture I was donating while they were finishing up, they took a 15 minute break (which I do think they needed) and didn't charge me for that time while I was getting the other people situated. This kind of gesture is how you keep customers! A couple of doorframes were nicked in the process of moving in but all of the walls were perfectly fine and all furniture was setup in the spots I wanted it. The guys even asked before I left if I wanted them to do any rearranging and then complimented me for being nice to them. This was before I tipped them. Bravo, A Local Van P.S. The young lady in the office is named Rebecca and she is wonderful to help you with any storage needs let alone being able to have excellent customer service. She helped me with another unit which I am very satisfied with and hopefully to be able to downsize one to have this bigger unit she was so pleasant to talk to let alone to experience the new ownership and if you need to have something stored this is the storage facility you need to go to it is only been open for about a month under the new ownership and I can see the Great customer service and needs they have for a customer like me in my book they get five stars let alone what I put on here . All my answers were either answered and person or over the telephone .
