Every employee I spoke with was located at a "call center" and not even at the actual place of business. The supervisor at the call center who called herself "Jana", then changed her name to Melissa was the worst! I had a contract for services, paid a deposit and was canceled with no explanation. I relied to my detriment on this contract to fulfill a scheduled move on a specific date and time. This is by far the worst company I have ever encountered.

I am not sure if they got busy or maybe all the employees were not trained on the company's policies. We received conflicting information, which led to many challenges with the move.
