That's with us throwing boxes and items in four loads worth of cars to save time. the price I expected to pay at the time of booking ended being only a quarter of the cost I paid. and then they encouraged us to tip them on top of it. They came late meaning we didnt get a good start to the move until after noon. they came with two guys but one guy did pretty much all the work. they knocked chunks out of the wall of the old place that I know is going to come out of my security deposit. they shrink wrapped and blanketed every thing whether it was needed or not and charged for how much they used. I'm talking a few extra hundred dollars worth of supplies that the quote had said would be included. over all I expected to pay maybe $600 and then ended up paying 1500+ since it took them the entire day to make the move

If I could not give any stars I would have. This place is a joke and so is the management. These…read morepeople admitted to cutting off both of my locks and left it unlocked for 2 months. Then tell me I was responsible for keeping my unit locked. Like I was the one that removed my 2 locks. They claim to have emailed me to inform me but did NOT. I'm still waiting on proof of this. Needless to say, a lot of items was taken out of my unit. After filing a police report, I waited months for them to review the "state ot the art" security footage, only to be told "We couldn't possibly review a months footage to see if someone was in your unit". This happened in January 2023 and still no effort has been made by Lighthouse Storage to remedy the situation. Unless you want your belongings stolen, rent from someone else.
