The only problem we had was they kept raising the storage rent and what started out as a reasonable rental arrangement got quite expensive in the end. We were finally able to move our items last weekend and everything was in order when we opened our unit. There were several dollies and Heather Markovich was amazing. She was kind and considerate and made our moving process a very good experience. Although we did not like the rising prices, Heather was priceless. Our local FedEx office is fabulous (we do a lot of shipping and printing visits at our local FedEx…read moreoffice). But the FedEx deliveries are a 100% different story (they're terrible). A lot of the businesses and subscription we use are delivered by FedEx, and the delivery is almost never done correctly. We have had packages left outside (we live in an apartment, with a lobby!), left at another apartment building entirely, and have had packages jammed through the railings of our apartment stairwell. The most infuriating thing they've been doing recently is bringing the package all the way to the top of the building (we live on the third floor), but then leaving it outside the door to the hallway and not walking the ten extra steps to deliver it to our door. I could go and on about the ways they have messed up deliveries and done anything and everything to not just set it in front or our door. The worst thing they did was deliver my new PASSPORT to some random person's house down the street (when my address clearly has an apartment number on it and a totally different street number than the house they left it at). LUCKILY, my phone number was on the label and my kind neighbor called me to tell me he had my package! So as I said, my local FedEx office - fabulous. FedEx overall as a delivery service?
