Be careful here or any enterprise rental. The attendant stated that any damage the size of a golf…read moreball or smaller is considered normal wear and tear. Upon returning the vehicle, a damage was found. That was easily missed by both of us. Smaller than a golf ball at that. I am not being forced to pay for damages that are not conclusive in evidence that it happened during my rental period. You can also pay what is effectively double the cost for their protection coverage. They use photos to capture damage found that they will use to blame and charge you. However, much like the IRS they do not hold the same rules for themselves. If at all possible, I will never use this horrible unprofessional company again. When you do your walk around. Take pictures and check in all nooks and crannies. So serious. Don't just do a lazy walk around and sign. Be extremely thorough. This is costing me $1200. Good luck to you all.

I was told they would have Roll n Lock warranty the part and would call me. I have checked back with them numerous times since and each time, I am promised that someone would call me. Finally on 1/9/26, I was told I would need to handle the issue myself. As a business owner myself, I understand there can be times when small things fall by the wayside or when suppliers aren't as cooperative as we hoped but never would I ask a customer to handle a warranty issue on their own. The problem now is that the invoice I received from BlueOx doesn't have the information I need to file the claim - not that I should be doing this anyway. To say I am unhappy or disappointed in the service after the sale would be an understatement.

We dropped the truck off in Montgomery at a storage place. The woman we dropped the truck off with was horrible. I have NEVER been treated so badly. I wanted to go over the truck to make sure everything was the way we got the truck and trailer. She dismissed me. I apologized up and down even though it was not my fault she was upset and agitated. She just kept saying goodbye and have a nice day. She repeated goodbye over and over while I was apologizing and never went over the truck like I was instructed too as penske had my credit card number. I walked out of the office and started sobbing. It was the worst first day at our new home in Alabama. I hope penske finds a new drop off place. I won't do business with them again unless they find a new drop off point.
