I found this one even though it is a little hard to find. I was helped by Jarad. I have to say he provided the best service I have ever had from a property manager. Soon after the transition everything went to down. First, I was not made aware that ACH payments were not transferred over. So I locked out of my unit over weekend until the office open to find out why my code didn't won't work. I never got an email, phone call or letter in mail. The manager explained that had over a 1000 people to contact. Next, the staff is unprofessional. Lack basic communication skills and never answers the phone. Next, there has been a broken elevator for over two months and a broken garage door. There is one working door. This means it takes more time to gain entrance and load your vehicle. In the month of March the main entry doors were broken for 4 days. There wasn't a notice sent out to let people know that would not be any access to their unit nor did I receive a credit. i called several times and left messages at the corporate office. I never got a call back. Most of my stuff was covered with rodent dropping. It seems like they stopped the pest control after the transition. Once again. DONT DO IT!!!! If you are using this place, move your stuff asap. The staff is super lazy, the facility is not clean nor there is maintenance upkeep. I am a musician and need access to some gear on a moment's notice and experienced this "inventory lockout" on the last day of the month several times when I needed my stuff and couldn't get to it. I simply forgot about the lockout at the end of the month and it was inconvenient to plan around rather than having true 7 day a week access. Be aware of this. *Had auto-debit set up for my unit and had to replace my debit card; this of course meant my payment was rejected since the old card was canceled. Instead of simply calling or emailing me, they sent a snail mail letter telling me my form of payment was cancelled and since I don't get to check my mail all that often I was charged a late fee. Again, not criminal customer service - it is my responsibility to pay for contracted services after all but they could have picked up the phone or at least emailed. They have all my contact information and it would have saved me a late fee after at least 1 year of on time payments. *The 30 something male manager was very personable and friendly and let me know how much he appreciated my business, but the other employees I encountered were not in the business of smiling or communicating in a friendly customer service oriented way. It's just a given that if you're not ordering from a fast food restaurant that you're treated as a valued customer from top to bottom. I was not given this feeling from all of their staff. I felt strongly enough about not having my expectations met to take my business elsewhere.

After 2 rounds of confirming via email and phone on my container transfer date, I found out with less than 24 hours notice that my container transfer date had to be changed because of "being overbooked." This caused a domino effect of inconveniences for us as we already had movers to help empty the container lined up and needed childcare as well. They basically told me "oh well" because there was nothing they could do. If you want reliability, go with a different company.
