I just moved in a week ago and unit is on the third floor. The floor is very hot and I was told new…read moreA/C units are being placed in the whole facility and the third floor was the first to get new units. This facility is supposed to have 5 carts and the most I've seen is two when the facility was completely empty as I searched all floors from one end to the other to try and find the remaining three carts. The main complaint is the third floor being hot and limited carts. I will check back at the unit at the end of the summer to see if the unit is more climate controlled. UPDATE: I moved out of my unit late 2016 and there was an apparent leak, but thankfully there was some sort of lining above the unit that captured the water from whatever leak it was.

When asked, Kristen informed me in her nice nasty tone it's in your storage. The place is very dark and gloomy. I had to walked a good 15 minutes to find my storage unit. No map or anything was given to help you assist. I am assuming the other female worker who works there (B) she's just the same. Her attitude is just as nasty as Kristen. No letter was mailed out informing me of a price increased. The system says one thing but Kristen in her nice nasty voice tells me what the lease says. When asked to speak to someone over her, she had to the nerve to ask me why? I will be sending a letter to the Attorney General informing them of how they work. I will also be moving out in April. This place is HORRIBLE. DON'T DO IT!!!

If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. We had to cancel our pickup time due to weather and we got snap responses on how they waited "all day" for us to show up. The pickup time was one hour in the morning. When I dropped off the furniture a gentlemen named Jeremy helped out and was kind and helpful. We came the next day in the pooring rain just to get welcomed by nobody to pick up our furniture. And when ask questions they just responded with "I do this all the time - I know what I'm doing" "This is what I do for a living" and then they walked away and offered NO HELP while it's raining. We walked away soaking wet and in distress as they were laughing and pointing. So, we retaliated words until we were waterlogged enough to go our separate ways. Now I used to work in the service/manual labor industry. I have seen workers this these (other than Jeremy) they don't last any time in the industry. The complain regarding there wages but are too supine to get up and great a customer with a smile (weather fake or real) and kiss ass for a buck. They lack this quality (other than Jeremy) The manager stood and laughed as well as there 3 workers were fulminating words at us. To not be shy, we exchanged words back with them. It was a torrential downpour and everyone was animated (us respectfully had reasons - since we expected service) I wish I had gathered there names. The manager (again, assumed) was there too just watching and laughing at us putting our furniture in the rain. Poor ethic business / Don't ever go here - if they have this attitude in front of their customers - could you imagine what they are doing when storing your precious, valuable furniture. I could only assume they are not taking care of it with scratches and throwing stuff around. Prices are affordable, but I guess you get what you pay for with horrible service.
