I was in charge of organizing the logistics. Which, by the way, is my least favorite thing to do in a time crunch. I've had horrible storage facility experiences in the past but was impressed by my experience with this facility. The main item being, I didn't even need to interact with anyone to get this handled. We already had enough going on, so this convenience was VERY appreciated. After a quick yelp search, Buckeye State Storage popped up. I noticed they were literally minutes from Cleveland State which was super convenient for my cousin. I immediately went onto their website and reserved their move-in special, a 10x10 for $99. I instantly received a gate code, room #, and my cousin already had her own lock from the past that she held onto. She dropped her stuff off 20 minutes later. That was easy!

In a desperate attempt to find another storage unit, I came across CubeSmart. I made a reservation over the phone as I drove over there and everything was ready for me by the time I pulled in. There was a great promo at the time that got me my first month free, and I felt my items would be safer as there is a security code and gate protecting everyone's storage unit and was very well lit. I only needed my reservation for 2 months, and on my final day I thought I had until end of day to clear out what I had left. Wellllll I was wrong and needed to be out a day sooner. I felt sick having to pay an entire extra month when it wasn't needed. One simple phone call to CubeSmart and I spoke to Brad - he said he would take care of it since I was planning to be out that day anyway. He honored his word and I am so happy!! It was completely my mistake and he didn't have to credit me back, but he did and I am thankful. It was a flawless experience and I highly highly recommend CubeSmart when needing to store some things - they make that part a little less stressful. Thank you Brad!!!

Great customer service & employees, super clean new state of the art facility, and easy access to our unit. They even supply dolly carts to transport your stuff to your unit, and they have free coffee (and chocolate chip cookies for the kids) in the main lobby! Lastly, I love the fact that you do NOT have to sign a long term contract with them, as many people only need these units for a few months or so.
