Great customer service & employees, super clean new state of the art facility, and easy access to our unit. They even supply dolly carts to transport your stuff to your unit, and they have free coffee (and chocolate chip cookies for the kids) in the main lobby! Lastly, I love the fact that you do NOT have to sign a long term contract with them, as many people only need these units for a few months or so. We'll probably keep it for a year to two though, until we can de-clutter the house. Thanks Space Shop!

The prices are a bit much but the same from store to store and I have even tried the nearby FedEx Kinkos and they have similar results - although I end up waiting longer there. Yesterday John took my package gave me a receipt and I was out in under 5 minutes. I will say often its just timing, as I was heading to the car three others were arriving with several packages. The company admitted fault and took responsibility, then the company agreed to replace our furniture that was damaged/broken (I have proof) and then Mike (whom till this day refuses to return my calls) decided I had to file a claim through this CSI company that investigates claims. After waiting almost 2 weeks for Jovelyn to get me the information I needed to file, I complete one. Then I contacted Moving Ahead Services MULTIPLE times because no one from this CSI claims ever reached out to me or answered my emails/calls after I filed. It's now August 22nd, I moved June 13, and I'm still sleeping on a bed on the floor because my bed frame was snapped in half.
