I wanted to leave a lengthy, detailed description of my experience at this location, but I have been trying to sit down and write to ALL DAY, which is happening at 11:30 pm.  Anyway.....hands down the best customer service experience I have had in the last 2 years.  I'm talking restaurants, my bank, retail, law firms, etc. Tara not only was kind and very patient with me, but she understood I was in a time crunch, and she dove right in.  She asked me obvious and concise questions, told me what size storage I would need (I have never rented storage, so I had no idea), and didn't try to sell me extra stuff I didn't need.  Honestly, if there were any funny business, I would have just moved along to the next Storage facility. In the amount of time I spend in line at the grocery store, I was already finalizing my rental.  She showed me the unit and explained the code system very well.  Her professional and confident attitude made me feel comfortable and happy I decided to rent from here.  As someone who has no idea what I would do 30 minutes from walking in the door, Tara calmed me down and totally changed my day for the better. The grounds were immaculate, the main lobby area was spotless and smelled like cleaning supplies.  I am confident that my stuff will be safe at this location. Storage is clean and size as expected. I would consider their pricing unethical, as I signed up for a 85$ monthly storage and within 3 months I received a notice stating they were increasing the price to 160$. I had a storage in Tampa for 5 years and never received an increase in rental rate. You would expect they honor the price you signed up with. But if they have the power to randomly keep increasing your rate month to month then I would not recommend this business. read more

At first I was happy to find a storage facility so close to me, with great security features. However after storing my things for over a year with Extra Space, I am so thankful to have found ANOTHER facility with the same exact features at half the price. And the price is locked in for a year, unlike Extra Space. When I first started storing my things at Extra Space, I paid $150 per month for a 10x10 temperature controlled unit. They increased the price on me three times with minimal warning. At the end of my lease I was paying over $200, including taxes!! I was furious. I finally had it, and decided to move out. I didn't understand why they kept increasing the price when I had been with them so long, and so many competing facilities are much cheaper! On top of that, they put my address in the system wrong, so the first time they sent me a notice about increasing the price, I never got it. I called them regarding the change, and they told me since it was their error they'd start the increase the following month. They did not, so I had to call again and they gave me a discount for that month because of their error again. read more

I will not recommend this place. I always have used Public Storage, but because of Dwayne I GREAT customer service I decided to rent. Dwayne was transferred to the new store and the customer service went down the drain. The attitude was bad from the new staff. Dina's attitude was nasty as well. Every time I needed something from the office no one was around, there's always a sign on the door. I paid for a month which I have no problem with that, what I do have a problem with is the double-dipping. If you plan on moving out in the middle of the month DON't. put your lock on the place and leave it until you notify them. They will take your money for that month and rent it out to someone else. They have time to walk around to every space to see who has moved out for them to make some extra money. When I called to speak with Todd to tell him that I have moved out, he informed me that the storage unit was rented. There are storage units popping up all over Orlando, find another place. In my opinion, this place is no more than a rip-off. I use to purchase stock options in this place, I just sold the share that I had and will never do anything to help this business. These were the nicest people, they were extremely helpful and went beyond our expectations. The storage facility is clean and kept our stuff safe but it was really the customer service that made everything great. I definitely recommend coming here, they are very friendly and will help you be satisfied with your time with them. After shopping around I ended up in the stores. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Where in route to inquire about the stores I ended up waiting about 30 to 45 minutes and I had the stores that I wanted. I actually made a reservation for through their site which was very easy. I used their services about four months and probably was one of the easier experiences with moving in and out of storages. read more
