I was late for my i9 appointment, so it dropped out of the 3rd party system. They told me to make an appointment for the next day, and then refreshed their local system to be able to handle the appointment. They saved me a 90 minutes round trip in traffic. They also saved me from getting flack from my employer. I highly recommend them. They care and will provide you with personalized service that you don't see from big stores or places run by high school kids with after school jobs.
