I was skeptical when I booked Bellhop Moving and IM SO GLAD THAT I BOOKED THEM! It was simple and easy online! I received a professional phone call confirm my booking at even better pricing than I booked online. The professional over the phone appropriately dealt with all my COVID concerns and reassured me that the movers would be wearing masks and all of my furniture would be protected. TIMELY & EARLY - Dylon and his amazing team texted me the morning of to confirm and ask me if I had any questions. Then he called me a couple hours before to ask if he could come earlier as they finished another job earlier. I said great!!! They arrived an hour earlier and requested a tour. They arrived all wearing masks and were polite and friendly, which made me feel safe as a single female. EFFICIENT & DILIGENT- The guys were super efficient and surgical as they expediately wrapped and moved my furniture and boxes. I was BEYOND impressed at their pace of working. ABOVE & BEYOND - Dylon and his team say me moving hangers and smaller items from my car and immediately jumped in to help. The guys cleaned up everything and all trash, they also made sure that in each room that the way that I wanted to furniture to be arranged. I will use them time and time again! AMAZING SERVICE!!! I am very happy that this company was referred to me through UPS- we had a very heavy sectional couch, king sized bed, and of course several other items that we needed help moving - up 3 flights of stairs!!! Had used Bellhop to moved to Orlando a couple years ago and they were great. Used them again recently to move from Orlando and had a really bad experience. Apparently they packed my stuff wrong and a bunch of it got broken during the move. The Bellhop movers at the destination city apologized profusely and said the movers who packed the truck totally messed up. On top of that, the moving truck had some sort of leak and a bunch of my stuff got soaking wet. My biggest rug and rug pad were ruined. The company was really nice about everything and gave me financial compensation. Also when the movers arrived a day late they gave me 10% off the move. So the company is great to deal with in setting up the move and addressing questions/issues. But the movers who packed me in Orlando, although they were very nice, did not ultimately do a good job, and the truck was deficient. read more

I served in the navy for 22 years, moved many times and had the privilege of seeing some of the best moving companies worldwide! Bell hop was the worst! They underbid, to get the contract then they charge a ridiculously high per hour rate and bill you the difference to your preapproved credit card! This is a scam!!! They send inexperienced movers, kids who stand by half the time waiting to be told what to do! Wasting time so the company charges more! I had a bill for twice what they bid for! And had to pay it! What a terrible customer service experience. While juggling my toddler, work, and a looming move I though movers would be easier. Hoping to get a quick estimate I used the chat. Apparently the original representative went to lunch so I got stuck with Kristen. Time between responses was over ten minutes. Apparently she was "just trying to help Colin who went to lunch" but was helping other people, this ignoring my request for an estimate. Over an hour just to get Kristen to tell me they don't service my area, though they do service two miles away (another zip code). Kristen was rude, unhelpful, and super quick to let me know it was my fault because I gave her "mixed messages". Oh, she's also the supervisor. Terrible experience. I will definitely use them again, UNLIKE UHAUL, this company has become thieves to make an extra dollar. Used them for a move back in January. I lived in a 1 bedroom apartment and moved into another 1 bedroom apartment. I had down sized and didn't have much to move. I only had a Queen size bed, 2 TVs, 6 large boxes, dresser and 4 storage bins. The moving truck was not even full. There were 3 workers, 1 controlled the lifted on the truck, the other 2 moved. The "team leader" even stated that I didn't have a lot to move so I don't under why it took them 6.5hours to move and almost $800?! The third mover spent most of the time outside talking to the mover at the truck. Will never use them again or recommend. read more

Tyler and Jaren were amazing! All were VERY polite and kind and all four together moved an entire 26 foot U-Haul FILLED to capacity in an unbelievable amount of time. Brandon L and Zachary P were polite and efficient guys. Made great recommendations and helped make the move better. That being said, I have a problem with the company. Not the movers. When they say labor only they really mean it. I've never encountered movers who DID NOT BRING A DOLLY OR HAND TRUCK to move items. The rep actually said to me "we like to explain it as they're just bringing their hands." This was after I booked it so it was too late for me to back out. But that really left a bad impression with me and frankly I would not use them again because of it. My fiancé used college hunks moving service and although a little more expensive they came prepared. Bellhops' excuse was that's only if you rent a full service move with a truck. Ridiculous. I'm moving across the state so I got my own truck. But now I also had to get the equipment to move it because I chose a company that doesn't send their guys prepared. More frustrating is they don't even offer to bring equipment for an extra fee. It's either full service or "hands" only. If it weren't for the good movers they sent I would have rated Bellhops lower. read more

Best moving service in Orlando (if you have your own truck) -- seriously! These guys are friendly, knowledgeable on moving small and big items, and super speedy! The fact that these guys know how to maximize the space of a moving van and how careful they are with fragile items. It was such an easy moving process (something that you hardly ever hear!!) The pricing is very reasonable and booking was just as easy as the moving process was. I really hope I don't have to plan a move in the near future, but if I do, I will only use Bellhops! Easy to set up appointment, received info on the two guys that would arrive prior to the time of arrival, so I'd know who to expect. Leader called an hour prior to arrival to confirm.
