One Star just because you need at least 1 star to be able to post, and here is why: cause for the entire establishment there is only ONE CART! It's a joke! And you to add to the INCONVENIENCE; the bathroom are ALWAYS LOCKED! It's a public establishment and at over a $100 a month to rent a unit, people should have access to the public restroom! Clearly it is laziness from the employees working at this facility. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL! Go somewhere else for your storage needs! read more

They were amazing! I needed a storage unit fast on a Sunday afternoon at 4pm... they were able to process quickly and got me a unit..it wasn't big enough for my trailer. I was leaving the state the next morning and was in a panic. At 5:45 pm I spoke with customer, they were able to find me another one that did work 7 miles away. I was able to complete it all online and get the new storage unit. I received a credit for the other one the next day! Thank you Public Storage!! read more

If you can afford any place else, go there. This place is filthy but more importantly, the elevator situation is dangerous. Day one, I was briefly locked inside an elevator because the door shut before I was able to get my cart out. The key pads are on the outside, and the doors shut so fast, that you must have your stuff in the elevator BEFORE you put your code in. Day 2, as I was pulling stuff into the elevator, the door slammed into my back and bruised my left shoulder. One of the other elevator I tried, shifts while going up and down the shaft which felt concerning but at least didn't attempt close on me upon entry/exit. There is no way to prop doors open to move stuff into the building. The map was incorrect so my unit was literally on the opposite side of the building. I wanted to do a NO HASSLE remote reservation and move in, but the manager called DAILY up til I moved in on my reserved date. If I could give no Starz, I would. I've got a super low bar. I just wanted to move in unborthered, with safe equipment. More than one wonky doly,, no potholes, would have been a bonus. read more

Jose was very friendly and very informative and very helpful with my issue with the online pricing versus the real pricing. My issue is with the main office who deals with the web based pricing it says it's guarantee pricing that is only for the locker rent not the other fees like the fee for the lock which u get to keep hey who don't need more locks and the insurance and the each store has there own extra pricing. So just beware of that when u order it online. read more

I do NOT recommend Public Storage. They tease you with an online rental rate, and then not long after you move in they increase the rent on you... and now they've done it a second time today! The first time was by $10, and now $24, plus the ridiculously high insurance charge for such little coverage. We are moving to another storage facility where they don't do this, AND they will take our home owner's policy coverage and allow us to waive the BS insurance charge. You are better off renting from Extra Space or another storage facility. read more

I have rented a unit at this location for just over two years now with nothing but good experiences. This past weekend, Carman (and Ada prior to her moving out of state) assisted me in my efforts to downsize to a smaller unit within the same section of the temperature controlled building. Transfers or securing a different unit is not an easy process (much like finding another home), but both Ada and Carman were extremely helpful (willingly) throughout the process. This was a great experience. I reserved my 7'.5"x10' storage on-line getting the first month at $1, and amin fee of $24.95. There is also a one-time fee for the lock of $19.95- which is there lock as it is a cylinder lock specifically designed for their storage, got three keys to so no worries of losing any. The last charge is for insurance which is $11 per month that you have to have on the storage. The locker was clean and the one I rented open from the front to take full advantage of the 7'.5"x10' storage. Mariluz was great, the whole process took like 20minutes. Very secure with a gate code and the using that gate code to use the elevator, as I got climate control storage. Mariluz was super friendly and walked me thru everything. The paperwork was easy and all done electronically and sent to my email so no folder to lose. This was a great experience and I am very happy with the service, hours are convenient and flexible, facility secure and clean, and easily accessible off Semoran. I highly recommend this location and its services!!!! read more

Ashley and Rosa were extremely helpful, friendly, and funny during my first Public Storage experience, I recommend this location highly. My only problem is all the hidden fees that the Public Storage website doesn't tell you about. They state it's a $1 special, then you click through on the site, pick the size of your space as well as location, and once you go to reserve it, it slaps a *one time administrative fee* of $24 on top of that $1 special. Then when I went to the location I ended up with a final bill of $59.98 because of the lock fee ($20) as well as the mandatory insurance fee (the cheapest being $11.) This isn't okay to have such misleading advertising, and I feel the exact costs should be available on the website before reserving. read more

Public Storage has been more than accommodating and extremely helpful with addressing my needs and making me feel like a valued customer. The front office staff is extremely friendly, professional, made me feel welcomed and remembered me with each return. It is important to a customer when a business remembers details about your life or situation and follows up when I am on site to make sure everything is going smoothly.
