The gal at the counter was very patient, helpful, and friendly. She patiently answered all our questions and provided us with what we needed to get our pieces of mail sent out.

They told me to make an appointment for the next day, and then refreshed their local system to be able to handle the appointment. They saved me a 90 minutes round trip in traffic. They also saved me from getting flack from my employer. I highly recommend them. They care and will provide you with personalized service that you don't see from big stores or places run by high school kids with after school jobs.

The morning of they showed up late. I got a phone call saying that one of the movers got in an accident and that there would be a replacement mover on the way. Overall they seemed to do a pretty good job of loading things onto the U-haul truck. They left some water bottles behind. The real problem was them taking the large TV off the wall mount. I had to assist on one side while one mover held the other side and the other mover struggled to get it disconnected. At the time it didn't seem like anything wrong had occurred. After I got the TV setup at its final destination and turned it on did I notice the damage in the pics. Tried claiming it through U-Haul but you only have 14 business days and MVP didn't respond according to them. MVP just kept saying I should've said something when it happened and they emailed U-Haul but it's been weeks with no resolve. Learned my lesson for sure.

I've used this particular UPS store's mail box service (works very much like a PO box) to handle…read moremail for me, as I live and work overseas. We opened our account with them in 2014, and have had nothing but positive experiences with them. The staff there regularly and routinely goes "beyond" the call of duty. For instance, since international mail IS expensive, I ask them to filter thru my mail and trash anything that is clearly junk mail, before sending it to me. This is at least once a month, sometimes twice, and is not something I think that was envisioned for the typical customer. They are always happy to go the extra mile. They take the time to un-box bulky shipments that I send there and consolidate them, still well-backed, into a single box to go overseas. I've never had any issues with items breaking in transit - and we ship with them LOTS, so there have been plenty of opportunities. Just one comment in regards to a couple of the other reviews on here regarding prices: UPS IS expensive internationally. It's expensive because it WORKS and your PACKAGE ARRIVES IN A GUARANTEED AMOUNT OF TIME. I have actually had quite good luck with US Postal Service (USPS) international mail thru the UPS Store, which is much cheaper than UPS - however - it takes 50% longer at least, and the delivery times as provided by the USPS system are not accurate. This is not a fault of the UPS Store mind you. USPS partners with the destination country's local mail service, as well as mail services in intermediary countries, so there is much less control over the overall process. Back to this store - I trust these people as well. Being overseas creates some logistical challenges - I know that the people there are looking out for me and can be counted on to help me out if I have some unusual or special requirements. My situation is probably not the typical one for a customer of this store, but on the other hand, I've got a lot more experience with them than most - and would not keep using them for something as important as this if they weren't very good at what they do.
