I was not able to get in touch with anyone about this so I had to make multiple trips to get a few boxes out of my unit since I was by myself. They stated verbally to us and on their website they have experience doing so. The trailer arrived at the location on 8/29/25 and upon unloading it was discovered the piano had been broken. It was expressed to us by the company we utilized for unloading that the piano had not been packed properly which we also confirmed with a piano repair shop. I have waited to write a review with hopes that Mike would work with us to come to a solution. That is not the case and I am here to at least help other consumers. Affordable Movers is not a company I would trust nor recommend to anyone due to how I was treated during discussions as well as the lack of accountability. We asked for some sort of resolution, even just covering the fee for the estimate for repair which Mike flat out refused. They charged my parents 990.00 to move half of their items to their storage unit. They also charged her for 31 one items including using blankets to cover their items which they did not do. What they did take to the storage unit, they just threw it in there and didn't help manage the space and then told my parents that they were going to have to get another storage unit.

Greg arranged for the overseas shipping thru a third party and everything will be shipped, delivered to our new home in Spain, unpacked and packing materials removed. We hired Allied to move our 3 bedroom house furniture from Panama City Beach to Las Vegas. They…read moregive us a delivery date of May 4 - 7. After the 7th past and no movers we called Allied to find out when our furniture would arrive. Allied told us the truck had not yet left Panama City Beach because they didn't have a driver and it would be another week before we would receive our furniture. They didn't even have the courtesy of calling us to let us know. We had to leave multiple messages before finally getting a call back to let us know what the status was. Our agent has yet to return our call after leaving him 4 messages. If you use Allied do not plan on getting your furniture until a week later than their scheduled delivery date.

These movers damaged both houses (knocked drywall out of the walls, damaged doors and stairs). It was like pulling teeth to get them to repair just some of the damage. Furniture was not wrapped in moving blankets as promised nor were the TVs. The mattresses were not covered in plastic bags as promised! They made a hole in one mattress and the mattresses are filthy! Movers kept some of our items on the truck and upon us noticing they delivered these items days later. The movers were hired to move heavy items only (furniture, pictures, TVs, beds, mattresses etc..), they were not to touch any boxes! ALL BOXES had been moved to our new home by me, my husband & family before the movers even arrived! One mover STOLE a box out of our (new home) garage containing valuables. This stolen box has not been recovered and a police report was filed immediately. Company is accepting no responsibility for their actions whatsoever. I've included pictures, this is the damage in the house we were moving from. Our new home was also damaged! Oh, and they showed up LATE
