The person there has been very helpful to me. I was there just the other day moving computer equipment from a surplus seller, that required me to move everything and get it out of their location. I chose to rent storage to keep the items for later retrieval. I live 2 hours away from Pinellas County in East Orlando and I am working alone. I had to move a total of roughly 600 hundred monitors, computers and laptops and it is in the 80's and 90's here in Florida. Direct access to the storage unit would be better for me than entering into the building and shuffling stuff on a cart, but the place is very clean and kept very cool providing much relief in these high temperatures and humidity. The guy on the phone was very nice, very helpful and so was Nichole at the facility. This has been very hard on me physically as I look 4o something, but I am actually 60 years old and have to do the work of a group. read more

Easy access, very clean, and plenty of parking. The staff is very helpful as long as you like honesty. They also make sure the onsite carts wheels are in good working condition. We feel very safe at this location. All units are climate controlled. read more

AVOID THIS BUISINESS I have had 2 storage units here for 6 years. extra space bought and my rate is now almost 4 times what it was. Avoid at all costs. Even though i have a lease my rate is increased several times a year. noticed about a third of peoples units are tagged. Theres not even a light in either of my units. I'm not gonna lie, storage units scare me. I always think of serial killers and creepy clowns when I think of storage facilities. The well-lit lighting and security features help relieve my anxiety. The employees were nice here and informative. The prices were less than their competitors. It's never cheap to store your things but it helps when the first price is a fraction of the usual monthly cost. I didn't get the first month free based on the size of the unit I selected (I think that's why at least?)...I went with a 10 x 10. The facility with clean, which makes me confident that my stuff won't be damaged by leaks or dust. The building is climate controlled too. read more

Really amazing stellar service AND facility! I had been going through a difficult move and with storage being hard to come by in this area I hadn't had time to figure out where to put my things. To make things worse I was running out of time. Bonnie, the manager at this location was just fantastic. .. she called me back with the last unit available and was able to get me in fast so that I had no issues whatsoever. She really went the extra mile to help me and answer all my questions. Really made my day! The facility is clean and quiet, no bugs, no trash, is kept up well, isn't run down like many storages, has no odors or milder and is very cool and dry... not humid! and it is well-lit which is important to me. The lights come on perfectly and stay on! Also plenty of room in the driveway and parking lot for wide turns and large vehicles which I needed. So I honestly have ZERO complaints and highly recommend! read more
