I still haven't gotten my receipt and I got a text message from them saying my rental was overdue. They charged me for an extra rental period. I have called 3 times to resolve the issue and each time I have been told that it's been taken care of. This has been a terrible experience. I'm never doing business with these guys again. Don't waste your time with these idiots. The only reason I'm giving them one star is because you can't give them zero.

The girl at the desk says it was her day off and he is the only one here that can do propane. I guess they do a lot of propane. #1 if he is the only one there don't schedule a hitch install and if you need it for the 6 hours just say it. They could have been honest. Then they left my car unlocked and where they are located I feel that wasn't a wise decision. Its in the back of their building next to the street.

We paid for insurance on the unit. After finding a house in July 2023 we opened our unit to find mold and mildew on most of the items. There was also water on the floor. Prime Storage apologized and said they would file a claim for our family with a maximum of $3,000 based on our insurance.
