He fell and dropped several of our boxes marked clearly as "fragile". They claimed they were able to take apart and put our sleep number bed together. They took it apart but were not able to put it back together. I called several times to get help for the money I paid to fix the bed and the broken items and they refused to call me back. Sylvia came to our apartment a few weeks ago to see the lay of the land. She recommended going by an hourly rate rather than a flat price, because the flat price could change depending on what's encountered. She also emphasized to label boxes well like: master bedroom, kitchen, etc. so we went with hourly rate $165 per hour for three movers. There was an up-charge of $75 because they were also moving a gun safe. They arrived at 8:45am and took a quick tour of our apartment. They explained how they go about it. The movers are Luis, Josue and Juan. What a team. Luis is the leader. Amazingly, they were done in 2.75 hours. This is the furniture for a two bedroom, two bath, den, kitchen, living room , dining area and the balcony we're talking about. Plus all the accompanying boxes for each area. We had boxed up everything we could and labeled as Sylvia had requested. And gave them clear paths as best we could to the major pieces. We had a lot of boxes! We wholeheartedly recommend this company for your moving needs.

The guys were very helpful in explaining everything they were doing and made sure they knew what exactly we wanted them to take. I appreciated that they took the time to meticulously, but quickly, wrap everything (taking off sofa feet and table legs where necessary to ensure a safe move). They all worked incredibly hard to ensure we got everything moved to exactly where we wanted it in our new house in a timely manner. In addition, they were all very courteous and friendly and made sure to ask us if we had any questions or concerns at several points. It's hard to find dependable, trustworthy, and fairly-priced movers so it was fantastic to work with Round Table who met all of these criteria. Its the lack of the speed of putting things up and making lots of small talk, adding up time. Im not made of money and paying 400$ because your movers wanna spend 30+ mins talking in between furniture and somehow get lost and take longer to get to the destination. Its unacceptable. Your movers need to be more efficient in speed, also how they carry stuff cause i now have to pay damages to my apartment that had nothing in it, let alone in the way for them. Its two of them, team work, no other excuse. Lastly, i understand getting lost on the road and driving cautiously to the place is a 5/5 but taking 20 min to get there when its 10 mins away is odd.

My wife and I have been having LOTS of trouble getting it replaced. We are on the 6th week right now and still don't have a replacement tv. Eddie Arroyo (the owner) last provided us an update on June 18th saying he would get us the documents we needed within 2 days. It's been over two weeks and I can't seem to get any updates from anyone. I have kept track of all the email threads for evidence as well as when we called and left voicemails. First couple weeks they said they were "extremely overwhelmed with new moves, the claim would be processes the ASAP" .. now I'm getting "Eddie has been out of town all week". I would highly recommend going elsewhere, it's worth paying a more expensive company to handle your move as I'm sure they would do a better job handling your insurance claim. I'll update this review if this claim ever gets closed but as of now stay away. They are extremely unprofessional. Edit: owner has stopped responding. Will be hiring a lawer
