I finally called them a few days before the move, where someone immediately and very rudely told me that they couldn't move me. They said they were booked up, and didn't have the men. Another guy then tried to tell me that it was an "IT issue" with their central office, not their fault so they couldn't do anything. Through trying to complain about this issue, I was connected back to them and spoke to somebody else. This time his excuse was that a "truck broke down" after I scheduled my move. I do not believe a single one of their ever-shifting excuses. Sure, they're giving me my deposit back and "taking responsibility", but none of that helps me when I have to be out of my place in less than a week. He just kept insisting that someone else can do it (and would not listen when I told him that I did the legwork already and that wasn't true). Do not book with this awful, scam of a company. They will cancel your move and completely screw you over and do nothing to make it right outside of the barest possible minimum.

The 3rd move was in November 2020. This time the owner was not present and the employees were careless. They dragged the furniture across the floors of my new house. I asked them several times to please pick the furniture up but they didn't. They left deep gouges in the hardwood floors. I immediately sent pictures of the to the owner. He first told me that the scratches caused by dragging the piano would not repaired because his employees are not allowed to move pianos. He said he would, however, take care of the other ones. I told him Indidnt know they were not allowed to move pianos and if that was against their policy then the employees should have told me. I have called and texted him many times since then to arrange to have my floors repaired and he will not respond. On the first 2 moves, he asked me to leave him a good review. After many months of getting nowhere with calls and texts, I told him that I was going to leave him a bad review. He immediately responded that he would sue me for slander. 9 months later and I am still waiting for my floors to be repaired.

I will preface by saying I have moved a lot for work from coast to coast and it has never been more of a disorganized move than my most recent one with this company. They came with no dolly or materials to help them move boxes quickly and so they moved each box one by one. When they were loading the truck, they even had the nerve to stack boxes on my office chair and use my chair as a dolly!! Absolutely NOT! While loading the truck, did I forget to mention that they broke my mirror and responded with a "my bad"?!?! When it was time to travel to the next house, they left about 10 minutes ahead of me and as I'm driving on the road, I see their truck pulling out of Walmart!! Were they taking a break on my dime?!? Smh who knows... needless to say, I beat them to the new house and waited an additional 30 minutes before they finally arrived. They "got lost". Not sure how since it was the exact address but ok. When everything was finally moved in, the guy tried to charge us for the entire time and not compensate for the mirror that was broken or even their inefficiency. He ended up taking an $60 off but that was hardly enough to compensate for all of the drama we experienced that day. So like I said, I would NOT recommend. I chose them because they had really good reviews on here...must have been family members... ok I'll stop because now I'm being petty.

I hired my own packer/unpacker on both ends which took about 2-3 hours. I was unsure whether I needed one POD or 2 and the best deal offered was I could order 2 but only be charged for what I used. The second POD was 1/2 the cost of using 1. This was very helpful. The only area that could use improvement is the customer service information by phone. I was concerned about my driveway getting damaged and one person told me they put a heavy rubber sheeting down under it for protection. Another call later said they put nothing under it. The answer is they put nothing under it but the operators were careful and no damage was made to my driveway. It was also by accident that I found out reading on line about ordering 2 pods but only being charged for what you use. If the initial representative had given me this information, it would have saved me time and stress. I would definitely use them again.

The local hub employees on both ends of our move were just as helpful and accommodated a couple of special requests without hesitation. We moved from Florida to Georgia and the price we paid for U-Pack was less about half of what it would have cost to use U-Haul or Penske and then we would still have to drive the trucks and pay for fuel. I can't say enough about how great an experience this was. The only thing that would have made it better is if they would have loaded and unloaded the truck for me!!
