It has changed hands a few times over the years, but it is still the best storage facility within the geographical area. The staff really makes the difference at this storage facility, compare to other facilities across the state. I have always received the best customer service whenever I come here over the years, but Jeff Currier is by far the best manager, I had ever experienced at this facility. The experience at ExtraSpace now is fantastic due to Jeff Currier outstanding services and management. Jeff the manager goes the extra mile by sensing the needs and assessing what was being sought. Offering bottles of spring water to folks, besides me and my dogs. Jeff knew we all were dehydrated and was very considerate. He had offered my two dogs some water & bacon treats, which was thoughtful gesture that made everyone's day. It's clear that customer service, and especially service for pet owners, is a priority here. Jeff isn't just a manger as he wears many hats at this facility. He keeps the grounds and units clean and organizes the inventory. Answer's people's questions and rent out the storage units and takes calls without making you wait on the phone. He always helping out the customers, he offers support and assistance during times of transition, which makes him a valuable asset not only to the individual customer, but to the business he represent and to the broader economy that relies on positive customer experiences and strong relationships with "ExtraSpace."
