Same day I was moving in the elevator mechanic had an attitude with me. He wanted to shut both elevators down without considering Customer Service. As for customer service itself, a lot needs to improve. The manager seems to be overwhelmed with three locations and blames it on that. Nobody answers the phone, but she did mention that if I leave a message she'll get back to me. Not very useful when you actually need to speak to someone about something urgent right? Nowadays, nobody wants to speak over the phone, but it is a necessary step to customer service. The restroom was locked and I was on able to remove myself after moving in to the storage. Everybody was parked on the loading zone, even though there's signs that say, do not park.. an automated location like this cannot be ran this way.

We've been renting here for 5 years and the rate has literally tripled from $40 to $120 from constant increases. I understand that rates increase sometimes, but this is really excessive. -The office. There have been several times where we've tried to go to the office within office hours and nobody is there. A couple days ago, my mom got there at 2:45 and there was a note on the door saying they'd be back at 3:00. She waited since it was only a couple minutes and tried at 3:05, and the time had changed to 4:15. She tried the door anyway and someone was there. She canceled the rental and asked for proof, but the employee said she doesn't have any proof to give her, which feels scammy. We've also tried calling (nobody answers), and leaving voicemails which don't get returned. -The facility. It's sketchy. There's always random people hanging around the gates trying to get in and talking to people. When we came to move our stuff out, there was a lady wandering around with no shoes pressing random doors trying to get in. It's also supposed to be climate-controlled and doesn't seem to be. I don't expect it to be cold, but it feels like there's no air on at all. As a heads up, they don't prorate. We left halfway through a month because of all of these reasons, and didn't get anything back.

Met with the sole employee, Dolly, who pleasantly searched her data base for the size I requested and surprisingly an air conditioned unit 5×10×8 is only $157 and the same size on the second floor is $132 (very competitive prices). She informed me that the QR Code on the front door will provide sizes and pricing on all available storage units. This store offers packing supplies and a storage lock for $20.00. The property is open from 6am - 9pm including holidays and unfortunately does not have 24 hour access and does not accept cash.

I have now gone through over $1000 entire repairs and getting new tires just from coming to the storage. It is almost every single time at this point. Every time I come here, there's another few that I pick up. I have told the cleaners about this and they all seem to do absolutely nothing including the property manager. Also, the door rarely works, and you have to wait forever to get inside.
