When I tried to put my review on their Facebook "write a review" page I was blocked. I have rented a storage unit...and even 2, for 3 years at the Davie, FL facility. Please read the contract VERY carefully. They claim to not be responsible for rodent damage among other things. I moved all of my belongings into a unit 3 years ago, I never expected it to be that long. I moved into a new place on 12/16 so excited to have my own place again and my heart broke when I saw my things in my storage unit. My belongings were ruined. Though my clothes and purses were eaten by "rodents" and covered in feces...Management advised THAT is not covered by insurance. Fortunately, my unit also had a roof leak and THAT damage is covered. Though this storage facility will "lock you out" for non-payment after day five...I have been advised my insurance claim reimbursement can take months. No bed, no furniture and having to throw away 30 years worth of treasures...heartbreaking. If that isn't enough...I was advised that I need to remove the ruined things from the storage unit before the end of the month to not incur additional fees. Please be careful who you do business with. While I was shopping for a unit the others in the area told me "don't go there, you get what you pay for"...I was a single mother who learned a hard lesson. It is now 10 days later and I have submitted my claim, which I was told would be expedited and I have heard from no one. Today I contacted my local management and was told "they are probably closed for the holidays". Very nice! Do people not even acknowledge inconvenience? To date I have paid more than $7,000. to store my belongings. Be careful and aware! Update: it has now been almost 3 weeks since my loss. I paid insurance, had coverage and this company will not respond to any inquiries nor have I been contacted by their insurance company. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will need to obtain legal assistance.

My company moved into HiveHub on March 1st and eventually upgraded to a larger warehouse unit as we grew. Throughout our entire stay, we were never once late on rent and operated in good faith the entire time. We vacated our warehouse unit at the end of August, and as of early December, we still have not received our security deposit refund. This is after months of follow-ups, repeated promises from management, and multiple assurances that payment was already "on the way." Every update pushed the timeline out further with no clarity, no proof of processing, and ultimately no refund sent at all. Operationally, there were also challenges during our time here. Management leased one of the spaces to a last-mile delivery operation, which meant the parking lot and loading area were constantly filled with personal vehicles picking up packages. This made it extremely difficult to find dock space or unload trucks, something any warehouse-based business needs to rely on consistently. For context, I've leased space with ReadySpaces and Saltbox, and both returned deposits quickly and professionally. I have never dealt with deposit issues or operational congestion like this with any other warehouse provider. If you are a small business, startup, e-commerce seller, or logistics operation that values professionalism, transparency, and basic operational reliability, I would strongly caution you before choosing HiveHub. The combination of delayed communication, operational obstacles, and a still-unreturned security deposit has made this a very disappointing experience. I hope management improves their processes, but based on what I've experienced firsthand, I cannot recommend them to other businesses.

I feel safe going to my unit starting with secure parking, well lit hallways and clean units. Lori goes out of her way to match you with right size and price unit. She always remembers who you are and ready with friendly greeting and smile. Building is kept up inside and out , it is a pleasure to store there. Highly recommend!!
