They helped me move from a rental in Plantation into my own condo not far from there, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. I texted them a photo of my apartment furniture and VASO quickly gave me a quote. Even when my move-out date changed, they were super accommodating and responsive. On move-in day, they texted me early to confirm and arrived right on time with a truck that fit everything perfectly. Milos and Carlos were absolutely amazing--professional, fast, and extremely careful with all my belongings. They wrapped my glassware, bed, large furniture, and packed my flat screens and clothes using a special clothing rack. They even handled all the boxes I packed myself. The lack of communication alone created unnecessary stress. The movers arrived late with no call, and when they finally showed up, they went to the wrong address--adding extra time to my bill for an error that was not mine. Once the move began, the issues continued. The crew did not use furniture pads and instead used tape in several instances, which resulted in a piece of my furniture being broken. They did not communicate the damage until the very end, and they left the broken item in the hallway of my apartment building. Because of this, my apartment complex charged me a fee for leaving damaged goods behind. Per my contract, the movers were supposed to pack the kitchen, but the crew was unaware of this and said they didn't have time to complete it. They were also contracted to disassemble and reassemble furniture; however, at the new location they were reluctant to reassemble anything, causing further delays and additional charges. Although they moved items down from a third-floor apartment, they refused to bring several pieces to the second floor of my townhome, leaving them on the first floor. I had to find additional help to get the furniture where it needed to go. No paperwork was completed on-site before the move began, and at the end I was only asked to initial one document. Even though payment had already been pre-authorized, I was required to provide my credit card information again over the phone. When the invoice finally arrived days later, the time listed was inaccurate and appeared to include the period when they were at the wrong address as well as a dinner break before delivering my furniture. This experience was unprofessional, costly, and stressful. Save your money and your peace of mind--look elsewhere for your move.

When we moved in together to our first apartment, we were excited, but it was also a bit of a mess…read moresince we had to pick up things from two locations. One was the old apartment I lived in, and the other pickup was my partner's furniture and work tools. They have created their own inventory and clearly marked the boxes so there were no mix-ups. My craft supplies, his office monitors, kitchen appliances and family photo frames were all packed in various ways. The boxes were quite light, so we loaded them one by one, and this made us feel better. We booked a time for our building elevator, and our team worked around that time frame without wasting time. It was handled calmly, though there was a slight lag while the other person was loading the area. Everyone was very nice and informed us throughout the entire process. They delivered around 9 pm, and the main furniture was delivered to the desired location. One of the lamp shades had to be tweaked upon unpacking, but it was a minor issue. The boxes were readily available as each room's name was clearly written on the box. The move itself remained well planned and executed from start to finish, even with two pickup points.
