I have understanding of how busy they must be probably throughout late morning until late at night with this. My question is, how do they not get this is going to happen? It's insane. This guy working was either an employee who was given zero support, or the owner who's got no clue how all of this works. You don't staff 1 guy/girl worker on basically the busiest day of the year at your establishment. I mean how bad is that? No cups were present at the slushee machine, there was boxes, trash, stuff out everywhere, when you walk by the counter and look down all the cups are in plastic sure, but laying on the dirty floor. The store looked like a tornado hit it. Lastly, if you have certain hours that the free slushee takes place, cool, post a sign at the front door stating that, save yourself a ton of grief from having to explain that to customers, and them from wasting their time coming in. We were able to still get slushees, they just make you pay for them. Fine. We pay, get the cups, and slushees are basically melted when they come out of the machine. Not doing this again unless it's late morning next time, and certainly not giving this store my business unless absolutely no other option.

I had a coupon for another product and was told they can't honor it. Even though I received the coupon from the PRODUCT REP. Because the coupon was on my phone, I only had 5 minutes to use. Needless to say he let it run out. I try to never go in this location because they're always shady about things or beyond rude. I have a choice so I'll choose not to go here again. Manager is dishonest.

9/27/24- Finally got medical, so I had to get all my prescriptions filled after seeing a new…read moredoctor. I lost my insurance back in February. I don't have any income currently, and I am still waiting for SSDI to be approved. So, I came in with some apprehension on whether I would have all my medicines covered. I didn't get her name, but the pharmacy covering the register was very helpful in looking up my prescriptions to see which were covered. It did take a bit of time since I had a lot of prescriptions to be filled. I really appreciate her help and the pharmacist in going over which ones were covered by medical and / or if there was a restriction by medical. Unfortunately, this was causing the line to back up, and there was some complaining that I could hear from those other customers. That is unfortunate since the staff was giving great customer service. I wasn't rushed through or not given helpful assistance. I really appreciate being treated like a wanted customer. This CVS does, however, need to hire more pharmacy employees. There were only 3 staff members trying to process the prescription orders and checking out customers.

Oct 2 2020- they aren't enforcing customers to wear masks. Saw 2 men without masks/no masks visible…read morewalking around. They aren't cleaning self checkouts between customers. Only had self check scanners open today at 3pm. No option to use a cashier since actual register was closed and no employee in front. I hate self check out because it never fails that something happens and an employee is needed anyways. So I did need an employee because the self checkout computer called for one. The employee shows up scans his card and it starts working again. So I have no idea what the problem was and it seemed neither did the employee. This really sucks now. Also now it appears you need paper coupons because the self checkout asks you to scan them.

Bought an XXL Coke Zero (one of the few convenience stores to have it), a corn dog, and cheeseburgers. Unfortunately, there were no packets of condiments, but they had bottles and trays of add-ons. They did have small condiment cups but no lids to take on the road. Store was clean and cashier was busy but efficient. Good selection of fountain drinks and coffee flavors. Arco is the only gas station with one of my fav coffees, the Cafe de la Hoja.

Wow, just wow. The employees at this store are absolutely amazing. I had an incident at the store…read morethat I won't go in to and employees Rhonda and Andy went way out of their way to help me. Even a few hours later when I called them back, they had done more research for me trying to help me even though they didn't know me and didn't even have a phone number for me. Every once in a while you are lucky enough to find people that really care about their customers and Andy and Rhonda are those special people that tried so hard to help me. They genuinely cared when they didn't have to. I'm super impressed and only wish this store was closer to Pleasanton so I could visit frequently. Bravo to the store owner/manager for hiring quality people like Rhonda and Andy. You just don't find people like them very often and I'm so moved by how much they cared about my little issue. Thank you Rhonda and Andy. On a side note, the store was super clean, garbage cans empties (I know because I had to dig in two of them), all soda cups were fully stocked with plenty of lids and straws. I actually sliced my finger during this little chaotic incident and of course the napkin containers were completely full and super easy to find. YAY!!!!!!!!

However, it never fails everytime I go there the woman behind the counter is un personable, rude, and dismissive. It's happened enough times now that I finally have switched my families prescriptions to another pharmacy, because every time I leave there I leave frustrated and feeling more of a nuisance than someone just trying to pick up their children's prescribed medication.

Waited in line for about 5min while the lead pharmacist continued to ignore me. Young guy comes from the back and says hi, spends a good 2-3 min going back and forth with the lead pharmacist. Finally they decide to help me and the younger guy then proceeds to tell me he has nothing on file for me and then walks away. I continue to stand there as the lead pharmacist continued to ignore the situation and the other tech hasn't come back yet. At this point I walk away as the young tech walks up. @cvs/target I will not be coming back, and will transfer my prescriptions and future prescriptions to Rite Aid. I will also be transferring my husband's transplant medications which cost 3k a month. Add that number up and give your team a high five on the lost revenue.

This isn't my preferred exit - I like the other one with In N Out and Star Casino but that one doesn't have a Chevron. For as long as I can remember we always stopped in Tracy. They used to have this restaurant Orchards - with special home made apricot syrups to put on your French Toast that was to die for. Thats gone now turned into Black Bear diner. Leaves the problem of finding that new perfect routine. One of my routines is to aim for Chevron fuel. German cars can be finicky and if an engine light turns on it can be like diagnosing one of Dr House's patents. I don't need that. Prices were ok and receipt printed at the pump so no need to walk inside. I feel like most gas stations out there are like Black Bear diner. Just bla. Chevron feels more distinguished like Orchards. Call me crazy but maybe I'm just a sucker for the advertisements with all the happy little cars zooming around. Gone are the days of homemade syrups served at restaurants but I guess you can always count on that Techron availability.
