Wow, just wow. The employees at this store are absolutely amazing. I had an incident at the store that I won't go in to and employees Rhonda and Andy went way out of their way to help me. Even a few hours later when I called them back, they had done more research for me trying to help me even though they didn't know me and didn't even have a phone number for me. Every once in a while you are lucky enough to find people that really care about their customers and Andy and Rhonda are those special people that tried so hard to help me. They genuinely cared when they didn't have to. I'm super impressed and only wish this store was closer to Pleasanton so I could visit frequently. Bravo to the store owner/manager for hiring quality people like Rhonda and Andy. You just don't find people like them very often and I'm so moved by how much they cared about my little issue. Thank you Rhonda and Andy. On a side note, the store was super clean, garbage cans empties (I know because I had to dig in two of them), all soda cups were fully stocked with plenty of lids and straws. I actually sliced my finger during this little chaotic incident and of course the napkin containers were completely full and super easy to find. YAY!!!!!!!! read more

There could have been a sign on the door or the employees telling people as they walked in. Guy here uses a bicycle lock to lock door and ignores you when your trying to come in and perches something. Really bad. It's happened to me several times. And I've watched the hole parking lot have to leave. So yeah not good business read more

Dear owner/manager i went in this store for coffee was being followed and watched by this hispanic lady clerk she was on her stereotype vibe "being black while shopping in Hispanic ran store" im only making coffee no need to hawk me like that down the aisle.‍This is the second time this issue happened i even had to convince her my coupon was real. This 7-eleven is close to my house so I frequently stop here anytime I'm out and about. Everything is always stocked, the store is clean enough, and the staff are all very friendly. For anyone who hasn't tried 7-eleven coffee, it's the best and so cheap! This store always has their coffee pots full and the creamers overflowing. A bonus to this 7-eleven are the two Red Boxes right outside. Grab a movie, soda, and something to snack on all in one location! read more

I came here very often during my lunch break to grab some coffee with a friend. It isn't expected for a place to have hot, fresh coffee at 12pm, but there was only ONE coffee usually that wasn't lukewarm or empty. They have syrups to put in your coffee and as well as half n half, just like any 7-Eleven. The employees are nice though so 3 stars it is. read more

I get coffee here every morning. the dudes who work there in the morning are always pretty cool. The lady who does can be wierd to me, but I don't speak spanish-and that seems to be the only people she is actually polite to. The owner is polite enough. Clean enough. I have a hotdog like thing about once a week and have not gotten sick, so I guess they keep things sanitary. Less stars because of the begging that goes on in front one or so days a week. Dissatisfied. Went to get the new sour patch slurpee. Saw it advertised all over the outside and inside of the store, but it was nowhere to be found. Went to to other 7 eleven stores and the same thing posters everywhere, but no sour patch flavor in any of the machines. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I live not too far from this 7eleven. I go here frequently just because it is convenient. I usually bring in my service dog but tonight the manager told me over and over again that I was unable to have my service dog in this 7eleven. For those who don't have knowledge, a service dog is able to enter any business building. My dog is even allowed on airplanes. He was very rude about it and kept insisting. I even had his service vest on. I will not be going to this 7eleven anymore. I am very hurt and disappointed that this manager was clearly too stupid. read more

Just when into this store and wanted to buy 2 ben and jerrys. I saw that there was a sale, if you buy 2 you get them for $8.99. They are regularly $5.99 each. I bought the exact 2 that were on the advertisement on the freezer door. The guy refused to sell me the ice creams for that price and said that it didnt count for those two. SERIOUSLY!!!!! The workers here are just outstanding ppl. Fast, helpful, courteous, and smart, too. They are even better than the Nordstrom employees. Restroom is clean, keys are organized, clean and not gross to touch. I always stop in to get something even if I don't need anything, but if i used the rest room for sure I'll purchase something. read more
