The receptionist is always quick to call you back to set up an appointment. My first counselor wasn't a good fit for me but I was able to switch to another counselor, Caitlyn, with no hassle at all and she has been wonderful. Especially in times like these, it's nice to know that Brightside counseling is committed to helping people talk through their problems and offer suggestions on how to manage through situations and obstacles in day to day life. I can't speak their praises enough, especially having Caitlyn as my counselor.

I expressed how I was worried about falling asleep during it and she assured me that that was normal and often a good sign so not to worry. She also provided me with photos of book passages that related to different feelings I had which I really appreciated. I did fall asleep during the session but I felt wonderful and didn't regret it at all. It was a vulnerable experience but it felt good and I was proud of myself for sharing the space and time and of my body for responding. We had a post-talk after that really helped me find some clarity and I am looking forward to having another session!

I've been going to Janice every couple weeks for her amazing Reiki Hypnosis combo sessions. Janice is so welcoming, warm, inviting, easy to talk to and share things with, supportive, nurturing, and an amazing holistic healer and wise woman. The guided hypnosis journeys are so beautiful and powerful. Each time is a different journey and Janice intuitively knows exactly what I need for that day. She emails the hypnosis recording to you the day after your session and she even texts you to check in on how you're doing! I feel that Janice truly cares and goes above and beyond for her clients. The whole experience is very peaceful, therapeutic, healing, and an all around relaxing experience to unwind and give lots of Love and healing to yourself. I love that the treatment room is also filled with lots of amazing crystals and healing tools you can look at before and after your session. He is a very understanding no nonsense kind of doctor. I am a very strong personality so I need someone who can call me out and bring me back down to earth. He has a keen knack for reading people and working off of that. It has been an eye opening experience and he helps me see things in a way I wouldn't have seen it before. Unfortunately he is in partial retirement, but I have noticed his practice has a steady flow of clients. My daughter and husband see Dr. Sandra Reinhold and they have had a lot of success with her as well. She is compassionate, observant and gives her patients a direction to help attain their goals in therapy and be more successful and overcome their issues. I have gone in a few family sessions with her and have been thoroughly impressed with her approach. This group has really helped me and my family work towards healing after a long and hard road. I am blessed to have them in my life to assist and guide me when I feel helpless or can't find my own way. They also do trauma therapy and work with all sorts of cases and issues.
