From the…read moretime we entered the office, we were made to feel like valued patients, even though we had never been there before. Check in was easy and quick. The receptionist was both very efficient and friendly. The waiting room was clean, comfortable and inviting. After waiting less than 5 minutes, we were called and escorted into a room. The room was very clean and efficiently organized. Since we were new patients, we provided our medical history to the assistant who entered. Our answers were immediately entered into our records through the use of a tablet, not rolling computers or fancy laptops. Dr. Kim came into the room after a wait of less than 5 minutes. She explained in detail the patient-centered way she runs her practice and what we could expect from her as a provider. We immediately got the feeling that she was interested in us as people and not as customers like at the other dermatological practice we were previously associated with. Dr. Kim completed her exams in a thorough manner, explaining as she did them. Everything she needed was immediately available in the fully stocked exam room, unusual for a fairly new practice. Check out was just as easy as check-in. This is not a practice filled with lots of gadgets and superfluous monitors or equipment. Everything there seems to be in line with her patient-centered approach. Located in the West Seneca Medical Park (usually referred to as the "Taj Mahal") the office is easy to find and parking is plentiful. Signage in the complex can be confusing but that is a building problem and not a practice problem. Road access is very easy. Overall, this practice seems to be one that has great potential and should grow as more people discover it. An exceptional provider, welcoming surroundings, exceptional staff and the attitude that you are important as a person, not a number or file, is what you will find here.

I chose to book an appointment at Infinity seeing as they are open until 7:00 and I had to work until 5:00. Luckily when I called to schedule, they had a 6:30 appointment available for that day! Upon arrival, the receptionist was very pleasant and informative. Dustin was my massage therapist and concentrated on my problem areas as well as made me feel comfortable. After our session he gave me a tour and explained the other therapy options they offered. Before I left he recommended a future appointment without making me feel pressured to return. There is an employee called Christen she may be the massage person or whoever was that person (she lied and said that place was her establishment; the manager later on denied this) specializes in Terrible customer service and threatening behavior. I had an absolutely horrific experience with WBM Wellness Center in Buffalo after purchasing a service through Groupon. Their customer service is nonexistent. They did not have a receptionist, and when I tried to use my Groupon, the staff (over the phone) kept telling me they didn't even know what service I bought. After finding it myself and scheduling online, they contacted me to reschedule (Did not explain why and I make multiple efforts to communicate by phone and ask why I was being rescheduled ) Due to their poor communication, a massive misunderstanding occurred. When I arrived at the location, a staff member named Christen was doing a massage session. When I politely explained that there was no one at the front desk to talk to, she immediately started with annoyance voice and then escalate at yelling at me. She told me to call their number--the exact same number where staff had previously hung up on me, promised callbacks that never happened, and sent automated texts confirming appointments I never made. When I asked to speak instead of yelling Christen lost control. She started yelling again, walked aggressively towards me, and demanded to see my ID as if she were a security (while she was refusing to id herself/give her name). She got within three inches of my face in a highly threatening physical/confrontational attitude and treated with calling the police because I was refusing to leave (if being quiet can be called that). Despite an attempt to speak calmly and offer her to call the police myself, the staff member became verbally aggressive again and finally call the manager. It is entirely unacceptable for a business to treat customers with this level of hostility simply for seeking assistance with a booked service. Of course this could be avoided if they wouldn't wait until last minute to contact me; I recorded the whole interaction and will be seeking legal advice if this move forward from verbal harassment to something else as the lady if you can call that a lady treats where. There is no reason to be so rude and disrespectful I could match your energy but honestly you looked like your eyes where about to jump out of your face anyway that attitude only shows what kind of values you were raise with and the values of that business itself. I fear your lack of education and empathy victimize future customers. A full refund will be sought through Groupon, I did also paid this $150+ in advanced just a clarification because the employee seem to have and issue where she was saying she is helping someone who already paid for his service. I do also have the text messages and dates and times and the video for future references.
