I have never in my life had a recurring cleaning service. I have done cleans for move out of apartments and so on, but never on a basis where I knew the service would come back. I've never been so excited for this addition to my life. I got a quote online from the cleaning authority as well as other cleaners in the area. They were the only ones that wanted a follow up phone call or facetime which I actually liked - I had questions about add on services for cleaning rooms in my finished basement. Doug, the owner, was excellent on the phone. He immediately sent me a reasonable quote and I signed up for the service. When I say this team was thorough, they were THOROUGH. They even had a manager come to the house and stop by and inspect the house. I saw her on her hands and knees move something that was under my cabinet to make sure the team got behind the stuff. WHAT?! I mean, come on. All evening I'm looking around and realizing the detail behind what they cleaned. They took the dog hair that get stuck to the bottom of the chairs in my kitchen. They cleaned the cracks in my shower drain! They dusted my light bulbs on my side tables. They do the tiny little things that you see in your house but ignore because you think "I am too busy to clean this." I keep getting excited realizing just how clean my house is. Calls and text messages would not get returned until many days later with a promise that they would be there soon but they never showed up.
