At first this was a good experience, but became a negative one. In October 2020, Todd and his crew showed up on time and moved the furniture in an efficient manner across town. His crew worked really hard (a lot of stairs at the first house!). There was a box of vintage Franciscan brand dishes (a set my mom had for decades) that was broken and Todd said that he would like to replace them, which I thought was really nice of him. He even had one of his crew come in the house and apologize for dropping the box and hearing a breaking sound. Todd said he uses ebay so it would be easy for him to replace the dishes. A week later I texted him a list of the dishes that were broken with some links to ebay and replacements.com to buy replacements. Never heard back. Texted again to see how it was going. Crickets. After multiple texts and phone messages, I never heard from Todd again. His Facebook page says "We strive to be the best around and when we leave our customers are always smiling! We care about each customer as they were family. And we treat each item as it were are very own!" This was not how I ended up feeling after dealing with Todd. Pretty disappointed in the lack of communication and unprofessionalism. Even if Todd had responded to say that he changed his mind about replacing the dishes, that would have been better than being completely ignored. I really didn't want to write a negative review, but I still haven't heard back from Todd, over a year later, so here it is. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. read more

Todd was great. He took the job at the last minute when another company flaked out. He was easy to reach and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The job went smoothly and was done in a couple hours just as expected. Quick and efficient! None of my furniture was damaged and he was super kind and helpful. Also very flexible with his schedule. We had stairs in both homes and one has that horrible stair care with a few 90 degree turns and he was able to get everything upstairs without a ding! Even the washer and dryer. Professional, covered the floors and railings with moving blankets to prevent dings and scratches. Definitely recommend! read more

Goodwill run, new furniture, they are on the top of my list to call for help. Do not use this company. I booked this company through moving help.com and had originally booked four movers to unload a truck. Four days before they were going to provide the service Todd contacted me and asked if we could move the date out one day because they were overbooked. I said that wouldn't be a problem if we could do it early the following morning so that I could go to work that same day. He agreed. I also stated that I would be willing to use less workers two instead of four in order to help them out (thinking I was doing them a favor). On the moving day only one person showed up at the designated time. He indicated that the other person who was supposed to help had car problems and was likely not going to make it or would be late. The two of us unloaded stuff together. The other gentleman showed up 45 minutes later and apologized. I had reached out to Todd telling him that I did not feel that I should have to pay for the guy who did not show up on time. Immediately, Todd flew off the hinges and started screaming at me and dropping F bombs. Todd stated that not only would I pay for those two workers but I would be charged for the four worker price and that I was an f-ing idiot for agreeing for less than was originally selected in the online service, and that he should not be responsible for one of his workers not showing up at the designated time. He told me that Karma is a b&$#%, and that he hoped my car broke down as well. I would highly recommend doing your research and not choosing this company. There are good people that work there and do a good job, but Todd is not one of them nor is reasonable when working with clients. Do not use this company. I have used a lot of moving companies and this is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Three guys showed up. The first two introduced themselves and were friendly. The third guy came up and said I'm Todd. Where does the stuff go. I said let me know you. From there I asked him if he was aware of the other items that needed moved to make room for the new items. He got upset and said no one said anything about moving other items. Which this actually was agreed upon and he was going to be paid for. I then asked him if they could do it since they were hourly and we would pay for it. He then said listen I'm Todd and I'm the owner and I don't charge by the hour. I charge by the job and where it goes etc. he asked what I needed moved and I showed him and he said no way am I moving that. I don't have things to move that. He shook the furniture and slammed the door on it. He then asked where it should go and I pointed and said right there. He raised his voice and said where. I told him he was being rude and unprofessional and he started to yell at me saying I was a joke and he wasn't going to do it. I then asked him to leave the house as my 2 year old daughter was there he would not leave then I said get out of the house or I will call the cops. He then said shut up u cop calling punk and got up in my face. I got him to get out of the house and he said if you don't pay me now I'm keeping the furniture. He got on the phone and was walking up and down the street yelling etc. he came back and said pay me now or I'm keeping the load. I never said I was not going to pay him. I kept asking how much. Finally i got him to move the items in and as he was I said you guys are going to put the bed frame together right? He then started yelling again saying no one said anything about that and he was going to charge for it. I asked how much and he just kept walking. He was very rude. As he was on the phone his workers looked at me and said wow we just work for him and they couldn't believe it. He was very unprofessional. Threatening and did not do a good job. He looked like he was just some guy that bought a trailer and says he's a moving company. Do not use this person especially if you have kids. I felt unsafe and the quality was very poor. I don't want someone yelling and threatening inside my house. Do your research and hire a good company. Not this guy. read more
