I have been a loyal customer of Cameron Park Florist for years, using them for everything from…read moresending flowers to friends and coworkers to ordering for homecomings and proms. They have always been my go-to--until today. I called to order a boutonniere and a bouquet for my son's prom date and asked if I could email photos for reference. I was told to send the pictures, which I did. While waiting, I confirmed a budget of $85 for the bouquet and $18-$23 for the boutonniere and specified white and pink flowers (no roses). Without ever reviewing the photos, I was told they "couldn't do it" and that I should go to another florist. When I mentioned that I had been a longtime, satisfied customer, I was bluntly told they were not interested in making my order and that I should find someone else. I was also told they didn't want to deal with potential refunds or bad reviews--again, without even seeing what I had requested. After this interaction, I left an honest review reflecting my experience. Shortly after, I received a phone call from the same employee, who was upset, yelling, and threatening to sue me if I didn't take the review down. She also made inappropriate personal assumptions about my life, saying I probably have never worked and have a husband who supports me. (I am a fifth grade school teacher.)I later received an email demanding the same--despite being told earlier that my original email with photos had never been received. This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have ever had. Based on this interaction, I cannot recommend this business and would caution others before choosing to work with them.

I made a call to Cameron Park Florist looking for a last minute bouquet for my mother's birthday that was on the same day. I spoke with Dawn over the phone. I informed her right off the bat that I have no experience working with a florist, and I am in need of beautiful flowers that same day. I was hesitant, but Dawn was so kind to tell me that's what she's here for, and pushed me to spring my ideas on what I wanted. She told me to give her half an hour and she would have it ready. Normally, I am met with hesitance or rejection when it comes to last minute requests (who can blame them though?). This was an entirely different experience, and this is the kind of service that will keep me as a regular customer. I highly recommend Cameron Park Florist- They have a great team there that has genuine passion for what they create.

I finally decided I'd just drive the flowers over myself, and then I remembered seeing this flower shop in downtown Fair Oaks whenever I'd drive through the area for dinner. I dropped in and told them I needed a bright bouquet for my wife. They already had a few beautiful pre-made arrangements ready to go and kindly helped me pick one out and put everything together. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. It looks like they do a lot of pre-orders, which is probably more common for flower shops, but they still worked with me on my last-minute inspiration and were incredibly sweet about it. Most importantly, my wife absolutely loved the flowers -- and they lasted a really long time too. This place is definitely on my radar now for the next time I need flowers, whether it's planned ahead or another spontaneous moment.

If they were unable to deliver on the requested time, they could've called me; my number was also written in the steps prior to purchase. I do not appreciate this type of service especially coming from a company that seemed great from initial appearance, but clearly lack in quality customer care. But it's very clear they don't really care, otherwise I would've been informed via call or email but again, got nothing. There's a reason why I stated my request for a certain time frame. It is what it is now. 2. I paid about $5 extra for them to send me an email of how the flowers looked prior to making the delivery -- what's the point of that when I never received it at all? Take that option off if you're unable to deliver such service that's outside of what you actually can do. It makes no sense how something simple can turn out complicated even in the slightest bit. And no, I'm not upset. Just unfortunately disappointed at the professionalism and lack of quality care that I had to share my experience with everyone here. The flowers on the other hand looked nice from the image that was sent to me from my family member. Although the flowers looked nice, the quality of service should match. It doesn't. But, she was over an hour late delivering them to my ceremony site. When I received them she didn't apologize for being late. She gave me bouquets that didn't resemble anything I had asked for and they were dead looking. She tried to blame it on the Northern California drought this past winter. Except I knew exactly where she bought the flowers from ahead of time. So, I called and asked Flora Fresh where the flowers were shipped from. They were from South America, where they weren't having a drought. You would think that a Florist who has been in business for about 10 years would know what a good quality flower looks like. The ones on her website, didn't resemble anything close to the quality we were expecting. I would of hoped she would of contacted me sooner and told me the flowers she had from the "bad drought" were not good quality and if I would like anything different. She did not! I emailed her a few days after the wedding and told her I was dissatisfied with my service and quality of flowers. She told me she would reimburse me for the delivery fee and try and contact the Floral Supply. I then emailed and called her twice the very next week to see if she had heard anything and that I would also like a partial refund. She NEVER returned any of my other emails or phone calls. She avoided me! I would NOT recommend her at all, even to my worst enemy! She is unreliable and VERY unprofessional.
