The overall experience was okay. Probably 30 percent of the machines were out of order. Atmosphere was good and not too overwhelming but only a few people were there. I've had my nephews birthday here two different times, the rooms have a large tables and plenty of separate seating along the wall. It accommodates plenty of space for kids and adults. Different packages offer many cool perks and options for rides and games. Yummy pizza, fun laser tag etc . If you can afford it, definitely worth the experience and memories. read more

I was excited to visit coming from Fairbanks to visit my nephew and take him here but I couldn't have been more disappointed when I got there. So many games were out of order. All the fun adult games were out of order. I even asked about the games working soon and the team members looked at each other and smirked and said they wouldn't be working anytime soon. We came here so the kids would have something fun to do in the afternoon. It was a weekday and as we came in, a bunch of kids from a school trip were leaving. It was fairly empty. Pros: staff were very friendly and helpful. There wasn't always someone staffing the race track or the XD dark rides but they came fairly quickly, we never waited more than 5 minutes. Most of the games were functional and they had fun rides and play area for our toddler. Cons: we came at around 1 hoping to get lunch there and the food area was closed and didn't open. However, they were open for the school trip that came before us. The shooting area was broken. The soft play was pretty worn and the prizes were only half stocked and left something to be desired. All in all, decent way to spend the afternoon. read more

We were supposed to go to the Alaska State Fair, but after finding out (at that venue) that it was closed, we decided to check out the fun center. And are we glad we did! It was fairly empty when we went midday on a Tuesday, but the staff was still as energetic and fun as ever. The arcade games available to play were plentiful and had a good variety. It was also very nice that your dollar could go a long way at each machine as the number of credits required to play a game was not too high at all! The go Karting was fun as well, and the speed you were allowed to drive at was still exhilarating and allowed you to still drift a bit on turns, allowing you to try and beat the fastest laps of the day posted on the TV screen beside the attraction. The staff was also cleaning and sanitizing the equipment right after each use, which was very nice to see. The laser tag arena, while it was on the smaller side compared to what I have played down in the lower 48 states, it was still really well done and fun with my friends. Nothing about it felt even remotely close to being run down. Everything felt very well maintained! There was also a play and climbing area for little kids, as well as a rock climbing wall and tiny bowling alley that we did not use, but it was available. We did grab a quick snack to eat, featuring a large pizza that can feed 2 and a half guys and some mozzarella sticks. The food was nothing to write home about, but it was better than what you'd expect at a Chuck E. Cheese. All in all, it was a fun day and definitely a place to take your kids! If I could give negative stars I would. I am writing to express my disappointment with the party experience we recently had at your facility. We booked a party expecting the organized and enjoyable experience we had six years ago for my daughter's birthday, but unfortunately, this time it was quite the opposite. We were scheduled to have our dedicated room with a party host at 5:25 PM, but we didn't get access to the room until 6:15 PM. We were then supposed to have laser tag at 6:20 PM, but were told we missed our time slot, even though we hadn't. The staff said we had failed to turn in a sheet of paper that we were never given. Only after involving the manager were we finally slotted in for 6:40 PM. This left us just 15 minutes to eat pizza and cake before the laser tag session. In addition, the game cards we were provided only had 10 swipes each, despite our contract stating that they should have 20. Moreover, we never received the dedicated host we were promised, which added to the chaos and lack of organization. Overall, the experience was stressful, unorganized, and far from the enjoyable celebration we expected. Many of the parents who dropped off and picked up their children were understandably frustrated with the disorganized schedule, especially given that most live at least 30 minutes away from the center. read more

It was my sons 15th birthday. When we checked in, we were met with a sour attitude from the manager. She stated we had to pay $25/ table if we planned to sit at a table and celebrate a birthday. I spent $793 on game play, pizza and go carts and that's not enough? You want me to pay to sit at a table? (We only needed 2) When I tried to order pizza, I waited in line for 10 minutes. The woman before was still waiting after 15. We watched several employees come and go from the kitchen with no acknowledgement. Then we were told the kitchen way temporarily closed due to being short staffed and behind on orders, and they were out of hawwain pizza. When we tried to book go carts there was an hour and a half wait. AND, I tried to put $100 on 5 different cards but they got all messed up and some had $0 and some had $200. It's ridiculous. This is how I would imagine an arcade would look after an apocalypse, very run down. 12 workers but no technicians on site. At least 33% of the games were broken, out of service, or just ate your credits. MINIMAL prizes (stuffed animals and candy only). AND no go carts, mini bowling, or laser tag available. read more

For three years, over half the games are out of service, run down, broken, missing parts needed to play, scan your game card but don't actually let you play, lock up, it's disgraceful. To charge $1.50-$2.00 for a game that you can't play. The ticket redemption center is even worse!!! Never anything there hardly and the few things they do have are already broken, ripped, squashed or ruined. It's a miracle they are still in business!!! And get some setting for the elderly and handicap around the soft play area already!!! One old worn out loveseat isn't enough and some people that are disabled don't have a place to sit while kids play. Especially us senior citizens taking grandkids there. read more

Took family of five out, purchased extreme fun packs for all. A majority of the machines were out of service, they were short staffed, so we were not able to do most of the items outlined on the extreme pass. Staff didn't seem to know much about the openings and closings of the food establishment and it was stupid expensive. read more

I was very surprised by the size of the center. I appreciate they have activities for all ages from toddlers to adults. It's hard finding a place that tailors to both of my kids. They have race track, arcade games, indoor playhouse, laser tag and much more. The investors dumped a lot of money into this place and it shows. The laser tag arena is as good or better than anything that used to be in Anchorage. (Sadly, all the laser tag joints I frequented in the 90s have long since vaporized.) Frankly, this place is as good for adults as it is for kids. There's now a bar on the second floor too. Need I say more? Yes... indoor go-karting! That can be pretty important to a state with lengthy winters like ours. I haven't tried the go karts yet but the track looks to be well-designed for a smaller, indoor space. I'll get behind the wheel next time. All the carnival/Chuck E. Cheese style games are in good condition and seem to be maintained well. If I had to pick something... this place could use a proper wack-a-mole but I'm not complaining. Place looks brand new. I don't have a lot of games. Highly over priced. The go carts are moving kind of slow. At $20 per ride I'd expect them to be much faster. I am from Florida and for $20 electric carts they are doing 40mph+ They di have some newer games but. Not that many. I'm from out of town. I do not want to activate a "fun card" to waste an hour or less becuase honestly they don't have much that I even want to play. I think the movie theatre across the parking lot owns this center. It seems good for kids. The prices were to high for my blood. But in FL arcade fight for business. No! Pinball machine's, if they had a pin I would have at least played. Girl made comments about last name saying I hate your daughters last name, deleted 197 credits from card and made some excuse as they weren't game credits etc which was a lie since first girl helping us told us exactly how many credits and tickets we had on the card. I feel every time I come here I get ripped off and credits disappear. If you like throwing money into a pit then this is the place for you. If you like them telling you one thing and doing another. This is the place for you. My family loves this place. I got my brother and his children a few gift cards for their birthdays. They had so much fun playing video games, riding the race cars, doing virtual reality, etc. A big thank you to Sierra for her help on the phone answering all my questions and setting up the gift cards. The place is new and clean. However, the staff are unsure how many of their own prices and process work. Many leave the counter without notice leaving you in line waiting for them to return while others ignore the fact you have been waiting over five minutes. I tried to buy a package and had to wait for someone else to do that. Then to add another option to my card I had to wait again for someone else to do that. (Add time that was spent on the two people determining what the cost would be as they were both unsure) time in line over 25 minutes... Other staff on the floor could not answer questions about their area and only pointed to the front for help. The entire process was convoluted and disappointing. Also, we were told we could not race for three hours after we were finally through with the process and about to pay!! This should have been made know to people who are in line ahead of time. Then we were given a hand written note to bring to the laser tag people so they would allow us to play in 30-45 minutes because,"our computers are just not talking to each other". Great... We arrive and wait another 20 minutes before we can begin laser tag because of tech issue. Also, they did not know about us and made us wait longer for the previous party to finish. Even though we gave them the note. Ugh. Again, the facility is nice, the games are new and the racing looks fun. It would be more fun to actually have the opportunity to participate after waiting so long with staff who barely understood the process of their jobs. Not getting to do that along with the staff issue made for a really negative experience. Wasilla extreme fun center need immediate improvement. read more

We came here yesterday , the staff is above and beyond friendly and considered. After I purchased a pass for my kids and me I did realize that I would not be able to use the laser tag, wall climbing and bumper car,( it was a spontaneous stop so I had not brought my medication) and asked if one of my kids could use it instead . I was told that the manager was in a meeting and that the staff would ask as soon as he/she was done. The food there was great my kids had a one topping pizza and I had a pretzel and let me tell you the honey mustard sauce that I asked for on the side was AMAZING. The kids had a blast in the laser tag and they also loved the 3D dark ride and lots of great arcade games. I really had a fun time but killed the bank lol. The establishment is clean and well maintained however the staff was literally the worst. No one seemed to know how long a laser tag game would be and once we got to play the laser tag game there were no referees/staff watching over the game. But what's incredible is that the employee who manned the go cart races, he didn't want to play the safety video or go over the rules in depth because he was complaining how they were still open (this was at 7:30pmish) I really hope management does something about this because I would hate to see this nice establishment go down hill because of their staff. read more

First visit was fun, but they literally make you bleed money. After spending $80 on bumper cars, laser tag, and arcade games they wanted me to pay $6 for each of my kids to play on their jungle gym that should be free to paying customers. The last time we went as a family we weren't asked to buy access to it. it's weird enough that you swipe a card to do EVERYTHING here. We're certainly prepping our kids for how the world works, but when the next step is making us swipe a card to use the bathroom all hope is lost. Oh, and most of their staff is either incredibly rude or mentally inept. Just don't have a birthday party there, because you can rent a room, but you aren't allowed to bring your own food. read more
