Came here on a Saturday night. They had "neon bowling" - this was super weak compared to neon bowling I've done at other places. Neon bowling is $16 per person for two hours of bowling, shoes included. You cannot drink at the lanes until after 6pm. The bowling was fun. Everyone loves bowling. But the customer service was TERRIBLE. Every year we go for my dads birthday to get all of our friends and family together. Every year we call ahead of time to let them know theres about 40 of us coming. Every year they tell us they don't take reservations. They made us wait in the bar for everyone to get there. By the time everyone had paid, we had already been there for over an hour. One lady in particular at the counter was extremely rude and yelling at customers when they were just trying to pay for their game. The bumpers didn't work 70% of the time for the kids, the machines wouldn't put down all of the pins 50% of the time. For the experience we got, it is not worth the price. read more

Stopped in one day because we were having our trailer serviced across the street. We didn't think they were open at first. It was pretty empty! It was open. So, we went in. We played in the arcade. We were sad the air hockey table was out of order. We walked around. The building was so clean. Bathrooms were super clean. So, we decided to order lunch. It was really good. I was surprised. Bowling on Friday and Saturday nights is neon bowling which is pretty fun. HOWEVER, the food has always been just okay. Customer service in the food department is lacking. This last time I witnessed one of the food workers take his glove off and touch the hamburger patty with his bare hand and put it on the grill. Grossed me out. While this is the only bowling alley that I'm aware of in the valley, unless you want to go mini bowling at the fun center, I would still have to say that it is right up there with bowling alley I've been to out of state or in anchorage. I have gone there for about 3 friends birthdays, a couple times for church events, and a couple times just to hang out with my family. The people there have always been pretty nice, at the very least, they've never been rude to a point that it ruined the experience or that I even remember now. The people at the front desk have always been helpful on the rare occasion that our lane didn't reset, the people who work with the food have always been patient and polite with my indecisiveness. And the food itself it pretty good, but it is kind of pricy. When it comes to the facility itself, the bathrooms have never been horrible, they do a pretty good job of keeping them clean. The most disappointing thing about this alley is the arcade. I would highly recommend to this place that they get somebody to fix the arcade games or get new ones. And for the time being, customers don't waste any money in there. Odds are the machine you want doesn't work. I definitely recommend this place. Nice people, decent food, and at the end of the day as long as you had fun spending time with your friends or family that's all that really matters. read more

Need some indoor activities when it's cold outside? Bowling fits into that category for sure. We've been here several times, and over the years it has improved a good bit. The last few years have seen new lanes, new lockers, updated restrooms, an arcade room to name a few. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is better than you might expect, though it's not totally amazing. All in all, a good spot for a few hours of fun with friends and family. They have leagues too. read more

Being the only bowling place in the valley we are stuck with it, but it sure could be improved! Random front desk service- sometimes great, sometimes you wonder how this person keeps a job. Food is overpriced and about what you'd get out of a vending machine- $18 cardboard pizza anyone? My son had to take an allergy pill and they charged 50 cents for water! The arcade is a disaster, as half the games are routinely out of order. The bowling itself is okay, but again, there are a lot of mechanical malfunctions with the bumpers, ball return, pin resets, etc. Paying by the hour, you probably lose 10-15 minutes of that to malfunctions. Neon bowling is $16 per person, which is 2 hours. So if you buy food, a family of four is looking at $100. Bowling used to be an inexpensive activity, guess those days are gone. read more

Unfortunately part of living in a smaller town is lack of option. This is the only bowling alley near me so they must feel they don't have to keep updated as there is no where else to go. I took my son to go bowling and it cost $32.00 for the two of us per hour. My son is 8 and therefore the games go pretty slow. We were able to play 2 games and then it shuts off when the hour is up so we didn't get to finish the last (3rd) game. Most of our time was spent waiting for the balls to return... We had to play with two balls each... The second to push the first through. Then the bumpers only worked half the time and a few times the pins would not reset. I spent more time at the front desk then actually playing. Then before leaving I gave my son some change to play video games. 3 of the 10 games had out of order signs. They are not posted as to how much each games is. My son would put money in and he couldn't play because he didn't have enough money. The pin ball game I played turned off and reset just after starting the game. There seemed to be only one person working and she seemed to litterally wish herself dead the way she spoke and interacted with the customers. She obviously hates her job or she was having a really bad day. Either way she was rude and sour faced. We'll go back... Only because there is no other option. So again... They have no reason to make any changes. read more

Went to go neon drinking and upon arrival was told it would be a 45-60 minute wait. No problem, they have a bar with a few pool tables. But then we saw the pricing... $15 per person. With our party of 6, $90 for 2 hours of bowling seemed excessive. So we drank and played pool most of the night. The bar was awkwardly quiet as the music from the alley is not piped into the bar. While the drinks and service in the bar were great (and cheap!), the pool tables sucked. When we scratched, the cue ball would constantly fall into the holding area with the rest of the balls so we were going to get the bartender every 10-15 minutes to open it up. read more

The bitch behind the desk needs to go through customer service training or simply needs her mom to slap her. You'll spend most of your time waiting for them to fix your lane. With all that being said it's the only place to go bowling so we have to put up with it. Heads up they change their prices randomly. read more

The facility is set up nice and has a nice arcade area also. The "ladies" at the front the last two times I have been there leave something to be desired.... called manners and good customer service abilities. They were more than rude. The last time I was there was for a birthday party. We arrived to a birthday party area still being occupied by the previous party, so we were late getting into our lanes. Then the trash was over flowing and there were a good 10 pitchers of drinks, empty and half full.... just gross.. The kids had fun, and that was all that mattered on that day, but I will not be back. I have update from a one to a two star. I will still never have a birthday party there, and the staff still leaves much to be desired. But the kids do really enjoy going bowling here and playing in the arcade as well. read more
