However, when you purchase the membership, it states that you get two months free. The term annual means 12 months, so you should be getting a total of 14 months. But in reality, what they do is make you pay for ten months and give you 2 months free for a total of 12 months. Last January I purchased 3 annual memberships for my grandkids I expected to have fourteen months, which would bring me to march. I didn't remember what day I purchased it. So I called them to ask what date I purchased the annual memberships, and they told me january ninth, but my membership had expired. I stated that I paid for the twelve months up front, and what's supposed to get two months free. She told me that to the best of her knowledge.What she could find out is that you pay for ten months and get two months free. When I questioned her what is said on my contract, she stated it, she was new and had only worked there for 2 weeks and she would ask her manager and call me back or have him call me back the following day. It's the manager who called me back and told me that when you buy ten months, you get two months free.
