WARNING...... DO NOT PURCHASE AN ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP! Uptown jungle will tell you at the end of the year (12 months) that your membership has expired. However, when you purchase the membership, it states that you get two months free. The term annual means 12 months, so you should be getting a total of 14 months. But in reality, what they do is make you pay for ten months and give you 2 months free for a total of 12 months. Last January I purchased 3 annual memberships for my grandkids I expected to have fourteen months, which would bring me to march. I didn't remember what day I purchased it. So I called them to ask what date I purchased the annual memberships, and they told me january ninth, but my membership had expired. I stated that I paid for the twelve months up front, and what's supposed to get two months free. She told me that to the best of her knowledge.What she could find out is that you pay for ten months and get two months free. When I questioned her what is said on my contract, she stated it, she was new and had only worked there for 2 weeks and she would ask her manager and call me back or have him call me back the following day. It's the manager who called me back and told me that when you buy ten months, you get two months free. I don't know when 10 months became annual, meaning a year, but apparently at Uptown Jungle, it does read more

I feel I should wipe my kids down with rubbing alcohol before giving them a bath after visiting Uptown Jungle in Murrieta! It is filthy (see attached picture s for reference). There are many broken parts around the play area, a cord that was just hanging out, and so much duct tape it's alarming. The staff is so over it they just seem to be in their own world totally zoned out. There was no supervision anywhere there was a baby in the big kids area of the trampoline part definitely scary! We won't be returning as it's just way too dirty. read more

Uptown Jungle is a fantastic spot for both kids and parents. The space is clean, temperature-controlled, and full of a great variety of jumpy houses , rock climbing walls and play areas. We visited with six kids ranging from 1 to 9 years old, and every age had something to enjoy. The kids were running, jumping, laughing, and testing their limits--I honestly didn't see a single kid who wasn't smiling. My kids have been before and ask to come back every time we're in the area. The staff is friendly and upbeat, bathrooms were clean, and we appreciated the snack area with both treats and healthier options like string cheese and fruit pouches. If you're in California and looking for an indoor place where kids can truly be kids and burn energy, Uptown Jungle is a great choice. We'll definitely be back. read more

Brought my kiddo to Uptown Jungle on New Years. I was glad to see they were open due to the holiday. It was the perfect activity to bring my little one due to the rain. They have toddler time early in the AM. We paid $15 for a 90 minute play within the park. It included my ticket as well. We did bring our own jump socks . Early play is the best because it is not crowded and your toddlers can freely enjoy the park. It did start picking up around 12. I will say it is much smaller than other trampoline parks we've been too. As others have commented it is also not new, typically wear and tear throughout. This place is great for the kiddos! I went during mid week where there wasn't a bunch of big kids. I'd be super nervous to bring my under 2 year old with kids older and not as careful. Must have grip socks. They sell them too. Plenty of parking outside. Wish they added more balls in the middle area. There was only 3 balls that my child and a few other kids were sharing lol. I decided to visit because they were running a 1/2 off promotion. So for my daughter and I it was 12$ for 90minutes on a weekday evening(regular price would have been 24$). We already had grip socks , so we didn't have to buy those. - they say it's required online but I didn't see anyone enforcing and saw plenty of kids playing with regular socks. There were other kids but it wasn't chaotic , so it seemed like I chose a good time to go. There was a good amount of stuff to do and my toddler enjoyed herself. That being said this place was very dirty. I went up to the upper levels of the play structure to help my toddler and it looks like it's been a very long time since anyway has cleaned the play areas up there. Also, a good amount of the play items were broke. I don't think I'd pay the full price to come back to this place but would maybe come back when they have another promotion. read more

I'd give 2.5 stars.. This place has the ability to be wayyy better than it is! While we did have fun because we're gonna make the best of it, there are SO many improvements that need to be made. Just not upkept well, soooo many ripped up spots with duct tape all over the mats, some of the areas don't even work how they're suppose to. (Like the multiple broken machines that are suppose to make the ball area fun, Things that your suppose to swing on or spin on that just get stuck and don't move Candeeland at the mall is a lot nicer of an indoor play ground for about the same price. We tried this place instead of Candeeland because of the trampoline area and rock climbing, but honestly would choose Candeeland over Up Town simply because it's cleaner, and things work how they're suppose to! I would imagine that these are not just things that weren't working at the time of our visit, but that no one is maintaining these things or caring to fix them. If they redid some of their stuff and just maintained it better this would be a REALLY GREAT place because they have some awesome things! The kiddos had lots of fun here. There was a trampoline area, cool rock climbing walls, and a huge indoor playground with obstacle courses. We went around 1:30pm and there was a line. We didn't mind that there were a lot of kids since my kiddos love playing with other kids anyway. If you prefer less of a crowd, you may want to go earlier when they first open. I was able to save around $5 by getting a deal on Groupon for 120 min and two kids. Regular price is around $30 plus tax for two kids. You have to buy grip socks, which cost around $6 for a pair. There is no entrance/admission fee if you don't plan to play with your kids so you can just watch them or sit around. I suggest you bring water and snacks as the kids will get a sweaty workout! read more

Visited Uptown Jungle today, don't think we will ever be back. The place was very very dirty compared to other play places in the area. A lot of loose screws and broken equipment. Dust everywhere. Dirty ropes and paint chipping off monkey bars. The inflatable they have on the upper floor reeked. If you're up on the play structure you can see all the loose balls and thick layers of dust. I just really wouldn't recommend this place. The toddler area was disappointing. The foam blocks were nasty, you could tell they have been there forever, the small toy they had in there was filthy. The staff was very kind, I liked that they had an ample amount of seating for parents. If they can just completely clean and repair the issues then I wouldn't mind coming back. read more

We have a great experience celebrating my daughter's birthday. Farah, a young lady was our host and she did everything perfect. Manage the serving food time, assisting us all the time. I had been eyeing this place for a while before deciding to finally bring my toddler here... we came on a Friday night and even though it was super busy, their manager Kyle was super friendly and welcoming! My son played for about an hour and a half for close to nothing and even I was able to jump around with him for a bit too... they had their nerf gun battle that night so things were definitely a little hectic with the bigger kids, but my kid was able to have a great time... will definitely bring him back in the future! read more

Came here for a friends sons Bday. Checked in on front desk. Associate help with filling out waivers onto their computer when checking in. Provided us w their grip socks. This play arena is pretty big. They have a foam up toddler area for kids 5 and under per the sign. A few Rock climbing available. Jumping trampoline area. Associate was really friendly. Pizza and fountain drinks were provided for the party. My friend paid extra to bring in her own food. Lots of parking available. In same shopping plaza as Grocery Outlet. This place is so fun! Kids being free and running around and my inner child came out which made me run around with my younger siblings haha we had a really good time. I give this a 3 star tho because of the service, if you're going to be working in an high and upbeat energy, I would think the workers would match the vibe check but they come off gloomy, passive, and just burnt out. This 5 start review is for having a military discount and for customer service provided by Cheryl. Not only was she friendly but she was very helpful. As well as the size and things offered for the kids This was a a great place to bring the kids. They were so excited. They had a good time and we were all worn out about our time was up. I think we got 120 min and that was enough time for us to do everything. I have four kiddos ages 1-8 years old and we were all over the place. I really liked the area for parents to kick back. The football game was on and I know the fan's approved of that. That is rare to see. I didn't like that they charged for the massage chairs but that was the only con for me. Also having to buy sock. I didn't ask if we could use socks from other trampoline parks but I didn't bring them with me anyway. Although, it is good info to have for next time. The manager Jen was nice and very helpful as well. She seemed busy but got the mission accomplished. Fun indoor place for kids! Wish it was a little cleaner... but my daughter always has so much fun here!

My sons love coming here, we usually come for tot time. I've noticed before there are certain spots where it's very heavy fragrance smelling. But after going today, the fragrance literally hits you when you walk in, they have definitely added fragrance ALL over the place. Our children should not be breathing in those terrible chemicals! If a place could just keep it up with cleaning regularly, they wouldn't need to add a crap ton of fragrance! It's really unfortunate, our kids deserve better than having to breathe in known carcinogens. Do not come here if your child has asthma or any type of lung conditions. Please do better uptown jungle! Bad experience yesterday, my 8 year old and I went around 715pm, there was an event, I asked the worker at the desk if it was open to the public, he said yes but my waiver was expired so he said to go and sign a new one. As I was signing a new waiver...out of nowhere, this heavyset blonde lady (worker) started yelling, maam we're closed, we have an event. I said the guy at the front told us we can come in. Anyways, as I was paying, my 8 year old then asked her if she could do the rock climbing, she rudely replied, no you can go play in the playground. So my daughter went to climb the slide (btw she's done this many times before) this heavyset blonde lady blew the whistle and said no you can't be climbing that. But my daughter said this lady let a boy with a nerf gun go up the slide. I feel like we were targeted by this woman. It really upset my daughter that she cried on the way home and said she would never go back to this place and that WOMAN should never work with children. read more

Didn't think this place could be dirty than the last time I came but shockingly it was. When I come, I come when it opens and find bandaids, trash, snacks in the play area and the play stuff has caked on dirt. I once had to clean poop off the slide because the worker eventually put a small bar up to close the slide that the kids were ignoring. Yesterday I wiped the toddler play carousel with baby wipes and the wipes were black. Unacceptable. They have 15 bottles of cleaning solution set out on the counter by the check in to make it look like they clean. Hire someone once a month to do a good job. This place is fun for the whole family. I love that adults have the option to go through all areas with the kids. Some can be dangerous if the kids aren't careful. There are cubbies randomly through the place to store shoes. I didn't see a secure place for wallets/purses. Grip socks are required but you can come with your own or purchase some. You can also purchase passes on Groupon which is nice. I wish there were staff members throughout to verify safety and that ppl are following the rules. Kids climb or walk up the slides or they get stuck in random areas. Parents should watch more closely but it would be helpful to have staff enforcing the rules for parents who tend to ignore them. There was a row in the back of massage chairs however I did not try them out. Overall it's fun for the kids but parents need to watch and make sure their kids remain safe. I recommend this place take the time to also clean during business hours just because the floor was pretty dirty with snacks and things and we arrived 15 mins after they opened. read more

Unfortunately this has the potential to be the best indoor playground in the area, however the staff does not seek to follow their own policies and rules for that follow safety and fun for children. The baby/toddler area is riddled with kids that are older than the age of 5. This puts toys in danger. Parents just drop off their kids and glaze off into their phones etc. The two slides they offer is hard to enjoy with kids climbing up while you're trying to slide down. Staff sits back and watches the chaos. I know it's hard to have every eye on every kid but as guest we should have the peace of mind knowing that kids can be safe and offer fair play.
