I've been a loyal customer of this salon for 9 years, but unfortunately I will not be returning under the new ownership. Since the change, not only has the quality and overall experience declined, but I've also been very disappointed to hear the new staff spreading false and inappropriate rumors about the previous employees who were there the last 9 years -- including claims that they "moved to Florida" or were taken by ICE. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unnecessary. For anyone looking for the original team, Lily is now at USA Nails on Highway 78 (you can ask for Kim), and Tammy is now at Luv Nails. They continue to provide the same great service many of us were used to. It's really disappointing to see a business choose to spread misinformation instead of focusing on treating customers well. read more

They do good work and aren't too fast or slow. The prices are reasonable. The room doesn't smell like most other nail places.

I have been getting my nails done here for a long time and I am so upset about how unprofessional they were today. I waited 30 minute, and it was understandable, it was a busy Saturday. But I get someone to work on my nails and a lady with 2 kids walks in and she stops working on my nails to do the lady's nails. I sit and wait another 5 minutes and see one of the other techs finishes with her client so I assume shes going to do my nails, no she starts working on one of the kids. I gathered my stuff and my kid who was there with me and I tell them since they are so busy with their customers, Im just going to leave. They tell me they will work on me now, I just told them it was fine. I went and got my nails done at another place. read more

My neighbor recommended this place so I gave it a try. After reading some of the reviews I was a bit nervous but my regular gal from another salon is on vacation so I gave it a shot... the lady who did my nails was moving extremely fast so that made me nervous about the outcome. The salon was jam packed also and it's small. Keeping with the theme of making me nervous... their kids helped with services which was cute but not at the same time... one of the boys was only 5! I have been coming to this salon since they opened and travel over 2 hours round trip for their service. The owner's are like family and always care about what is going on with their clients. I felt so lost during COVID when I couldn't get my nails done but have been so happy to return to this wonderful establishment. So me and my sis came here on a Saturday and were seen within 10 minutes so that was nice. I let the lady at the desk know I wanted Ombre nails, I also let the nail tech know briefly. Guess she didn't hear me though because she made all my nails fully pink and I didn't realize she was done until she started putting the finishing gloss on(I don't know much about the process). When I told her of her mistake she told me I didn't tell her and that I could get the ombre next time..I don't even get my nails done that often and its also not what I wanted, so that was a slap in the face. Also the shape is a bit off, slight uneven humps on the top of nail bed, but its decent from afar I guess. Sis wasn't a big fan of her nails either as her nail tech didn't give her the design she showed on her phone, and her nails were very thick and cheap looking. All for $45. We won't be coming back honestly. They were nice though. They did redo my sisters nails when we came back about 15 mins later because she couldn't bring herself to like them lol read more

Everyone is all talk and busy upselling their services. Work was done rushed due their busy traffic... previous polish wasn't removed thoroughly so it can be messy and sides weren't polished so my nails can be seen. Got SNS for $60 and it looks so bumpy, not smooth! Regretted as soon as i left, so mad at myself for wasting time here. read more

Came here after seeing good reviews and I was not disappointed! I don't usually get my bails done but decided to for my birthday coming up. I'm so glad I did! They did a wonderful job and they were really funny and nice! Everyone in there was really engaging and made you smile and laugh! I took a leap and decided to get my eyebrows don here as well.. I spent three hours for a mani/pedi; had clearly explained what type of service I needed, however the technician's attitude reflected disdain when I would not "upgrade" to SNS or gel at his suggestion. I also did not appreciate having to switch technicians for my manicure as the husband and wife tag-teamed to do my nails. Further, I expected that care would have been taken for use of gloves as opposed to bare hands and tech's fingernails to wipe excess polish from the nails. Clearly sanitation and hygiene are not a priority. Hopefully, this type of service was an anomaly, however, I will not return to chance anything better. read more

I stumbled upon this place driving by with my husband about a 2 months ago and i have fallen in love. They introduced me to a new technique called SNS and you don't have to use a traditional drill which was terrible on my nail bed. The facility is clean the workers are extremely friendly and funny. Almost everyone is nice except for one girl there and their nail art isn't that bad but they completely ruined my eyebrows! So upset because now I'm going to have a line for eyebrows for a month until they grow back. When it comes to eyebrows the lady that did mine has absolutely no experience at all. They don't like when you pick a specific person to do your nails. They get upset when your selective but obviously everyone wants a job well done. read more

This nail salon doesn't deserve that one star I so generously gave them. Don't get me wrong the service was great (cracking jokes, seeing if I wanted a back massage, making sure my seat was close etc). But when something doesn't work let the PAYING client know and switch to something else. I went in asked for a bright yellow and he brought the darkest yellow I've ever seen. So I went with another color I saw on self by the sns powders and gel colors. The color I picked ended up looking like a watercolor when he put it on hence me needing like eight coats which is ridiculous. The color ended up looking more orange in person but it was so so thick that it needed a LONGGG time to dry. He even sprayed the drying spray on my hands and toes then moved me to the drying table for 15 minutes. He saw that my index finger smudged so he put ANOTHER coat of polish on that finger (so now it's thicker than ever). After that my nails still weren't dry and as soon as I left my fingers started denting up. If a color like that wasn't working after he tested it on ONE toe then he should've switched to another brand. I should've never payed for this job and it was my first time and last time going there.....NEVER ME AGAIN. Mind you I called them the day before to ask for the price before I went there and it was $32. My final bill $40 (not including tip which I should've have given them). Extreme has been my go-to nail spot for about a year now. The atmosphere is great and the staff is all wonderful. I regularly get pedicures and SNS. The quality is top notch and the prices are reasonable. I left my last place because it felt like cleanliness had become less of a priority but that's never an issue here. The shop is always clean and the technicians take hygiene precautions and are very knowledgeable. Love Extreme and the staff! read more
