Location is good! Indoors seating but also many tables outside to eat outdoors. Service is okay. Tried 14" Hanoi Fever in my visit here, and it was good; nothing amazing or terrible. Pizza is on the thinner side compared to your typical pizza hut or domino's-styled pizza. It's easy for the crust to be burnt or dry/hard when the pizza is thin, but this was not the case. Hanoi Fever in particular wasn't necessarily flavorful which was something I was looking for: bland. I ended up throwing on a lot of tobasco, cheese, and pepper flakes to add in more flavor and spice; attached image was taken prior to the addition of condiments. Jalepeños in the image are not spicy. Dare I say the best pizza I have had in Charlottesville (yes, I have had Christian's) I got the Pandora's box with sauce, my husband got something different and loved his as well. All of the gourmet signature pizzas sounded amazing and different from anything else I've ever had on pizza before. We went with "The Spice Route" which has Tandoori chicken on it. This was incredible! I would definitely recommend -- it has an unreal Indian flavor that pairs well with the crust. You can split the type of pizza you want so you can get a good variety. It's also not that expensive so it's good for big groups. I love that you can get whole wheat crust so I can feel better about ordering pizza without it tasting any different. I received an email for 15% off an online order. When I tried to order and enter the coupon code (expires 11/30/2020), it did not work. I called the restaurant itself for help; the young lady answering the phone said that she didn't know what to do about this problem. I asked her to please ask someone who would know how to handle this. She came back and told me that the owner was not there tonight and he is the only person who knows anything about email discounts and to call back tomorrow. I then asked to speak to the supervisor who then told me the same thing. I asked him if he was willing to lose my business rather than honor the false advertising in my email. His reply was that he was swamped and that the owner lost my business, not him and he hung up. I have ordered several pizzas from Xtreme and it has been a hassle every time. There are never more than two people working in the restaurant, the wait time is always much longer than promised, and the pizza is never worth the effort. I was hoping for a great new option for gluten free pizza, I will have to keep looking. To start, we got a half and half 12 inch because we like different toppings. They insisted we pay full price for each half topping (at $1.30 each). When I said I wasn't paying double for toppings, the manager chewed me out going on a tirade about how their toppings are all fresh and they pay their staff $14 per hour. I said they should pay a living wage, but I'm still not paying double for toppings. He finally agreed to give me a break because it was my first time there. The gluten free crust was limp and undercooked, somewhat reminiscent of wet cardboard. The tomato sauce was watery. I'll not ever go there again, there are other places that can do gluten free crust well. Extremely nasty pizza. I've tried pizza from here three times and each time I've been disappointed. I don't know how to describe it but I don't like the taste, maybe the type of cheese they use. Brands/pizza places I'd rather eat pizza from than this place: Almost any frozen pizza Little Caesar's (and I don't like their pizza) Friendly enough staff but it doesn't make up for the bad pizza. Speaking of staff, I've driven behind the restaurant and seen employees outside smoking....with someone (who was smoking) sitting on something that's keeping the door open.
