Majority of the time, they're very helpful in selecting the wash I want and payment. That's always helpful. They offer unlimited washes, if you're interested. But I don't get it because I don't have time to wash my car with the price of the unlimited washes. If you love having your car looking snatched, then this is the what you need. They have happy hour before 9am. Washes are half prices. It's a great deal if you're able to come. The car wash is pretty standard. Just follow the staff and his/her directions and you should be good. Put it in neutral and enjoy the ride. They always have towels available, powerful vacuums, and machine to wash your mats.

Only AI bots answer phones, even at "corporate". Will have to take them to small claims court if you want your car fixed. Horrible! After research, looks like the ownership of the company is scamious as well. Goodluck if you choose to wash your car here.

I literally chose a package without visiting first and - after my visit I'm glad I did! This location operates off your license plate which is sooo much better than places that put stickers on your car that take forever to remove. They handed me a little air freshener and wipe before going through the wash. (It's the little things.) There are several vacuum / dry off locations available. I'm obsessed, and can't wait to return. The photos are right after the one-mile drive home and are really all that are needed to explain and justify my one-star review. Looks worse coming out than it did going in! Usually when you get "the best" wash at a place, it's visually obvious what you're getting; it almost felt as if every car going thru this very short car wash was getting the exact same worthless wash. Then I GUESS the way they (attempt to?) give you the air freshener and dash wipes (THAT YOU PAID EXTRA FOR!!!) is the guy spraying your car right before you head into the wash barely waves something at you as he's spraying soapy water at your windows. It's as if the dude gets compensated for all those that he DOESN'T give away, because he had little desire to make it obvious. About the vacuums: I had to try three different ones to find one that had even the least bit of suction. Which was just that: THE LEAST BIT!!! It also appears as if non-paying customers can just drive up and use the vacuums for free which not only explains why so many were already taken but I'm sure contributed to the only open ones being worthless. Too bad Yelp doesn't have ZERO stars. What a waste of $23.

We found getting the subscription works best for us! If you only wash your car twice a month, you've almost covered the subscription. If you wash it more than twice a month, it pays for itself! Currently, they're running several special offers, I've included them in the pictures which I've posted with review. I feel that they're a great value, no matter what, and the offers make them even better! I highly recommend not only the car wash, but the restaurant and the grocery/knickknack shop inside. It is no longer special! Now it's no different than any other drive-thru carwash. I noticed 3 weeks ago they started putting in less than quality brushes. The last 3 times I have gone through this wash, I am now having to pull the brush material out of the seams on the vehicle. They have stopped using the scrub brush on the front and rear of the vehicle. Get used to stuck on bug splatter! Yes, I heard the sales pitch of the new bug cleaning agents they have implemented, which by the way DID NOT remove any heavy bug splatter. I had to use their cleaning towels and a bottle of ozarka to remove it. They no longer tape your rear wiper blade down. Be prepared for that to be broken! They have removed the gentlemen who used to hand dry it after leaving the wash. The agents used in the wash/wax cycles do not appear to be as good. My wheels did get as clean as they used too. I was there last Sunday and they had 4 people cancel their memberships before 10am all disappointed in the way that the carwash has let us down on the quality of wash and service we were accustomed to receiving. Instead of focusing so much on their pressurized selling technique's for memberships, they need to get back to the basics of operating a unique and wonderful carwash. I hate when you tell them NO I do not want a membership they keep hounding you through the entire payment process. DO NOT stand their holding my credit card and proceed to give me a final sales pitch before handing it back to me. Also..... Why are you not allowing those individuals who already have a membership to just not pull up to the gate and proceed, instead you have a team over their trying to up sale those people too. You DO NOT need a team of 4 selling memberships. Common! What is wrong with corporate! Sad to say they want you to pay more for a wash that is nowhere close to the quality it used to be. Now that is humorous! I live in Fort Worth, so I would always wait to wash my car on Sunday because I'm in town that day. This car wash used to be unique and special! The team used to make sure you were treated right and took extra care to ensure the vehicle looked clean after leaving the wash cycle. That is no longer the case.... I have been a faithful customer for 5 years. I can honestly say this wash has lost their way and Corporate needs to wake up and give the customers the type of car wash they had come to love. I spoke to 3 team members at the wash last weekend expressing all these items of concern and they said that it was out of their control. This is why I am blaming corporate. The QR code on the wall is specifically for evaluation of the team, they asked me to not use that as it directly impacts them. I asked how to contact corporate and they did not know. They do not have a customer support team online. You must deal with the physical location manager. Absolutely missing the opportunity to have faithful happy customers.

I went through the wash, and I got out to spot dry afterwards and noticed a bunch of paint chip marks on the hood of my car. I went inside and received "help" from Johnie. I brought him to my car and he instantly started chuckling, told me the chipping didn't happen at their car wash, and continued chuckling asking me what do I expect from them. Told me they will deny my claim but we can go ahead and try. He gave me his personal phone to do the claim and as I'm filling the claim out, he starts receiving messages from "Princess" cussing him out. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. He told me I'd hear from his manager within 3 days. It's been 2 weeks and I've yet to hear back. The least Johnie could have done was refund my car wash. But instead, he laughed in my face. Do NOT recommend this place. Find better employees.

He started beating on my car window and went berserk asking for me to roll down my window. At this point my wife and kids were terrified. I had to call 911 in order to be safe with my family. As of today, May 8th, I have made several attempts to reach corporate to no avail. At this point I am considering to look for an attorney. Does anyone know any good attorneys that can help holding them accountable for this? If it wasn't for my car window I don't know what would have happened to us. I tried taking my vehicle to another car wash but my youngest 5 and 6 were terrified as soon as I approached it.
