Although I was directed to a location in Euless for my appointment, the work was actually performed at a business operating as WrapHaus instead of the Irving location shown on the Google listing. After waiting more than two hours, I was told the tint film was defective and the installation couldn't be completed. Before leaving, I discovered that my driver's side window had cracked while my vehicle was in their possession. The staff acknowledged the window cracked at their shop but blamed me for opening my own driver's door, even though no one warned me not to touch my vehicle or that the window had been placed in a condition where opening the door could cause it to crack. I arrived with a perfectly intact window and left with a cracked window and no tint installed. I now have to obtain an OEM replacement estimate from Tesla because of damage that occurred while my vehicle was under their care. The combination of the different work location, failure to complete the job, damage to my vehicle, and refusal to accept responsibility has completely destroyed my confidence in this business.

I currently pay over $120 per month to wash my vehicles here because of the convenient location, and while I understand that busy periods happen, I consistently leave feeling frustrated with the experience. I've visited other Super Star Car Wash locations that are well-maintained and provide excellent service, so I know the company is capable of much better. Unfortunately, this location does not meet those standards. My most recent interaction with the manager was also disappointing. I hope the company makes some steps to improve this location. Your payment choices are to use their coins or use a credit/debit card. If you use the coins, any extra you have are non-refundable. You have to use cash to exchange for the coins as they won't accept quarters. Should you choose to use the credit/debit card option, there is a $25 hold against your account (Check near the reader) & a minimum. Several times I have seen people not realize that you have to manually stop the credit/debit card reader or it keeps going. If you complain, they will offer you a $5 credit only if you download their app. Guess what?, you get a $5 credit anyway for that. For daily drivers, I find the car wash next to QT off Basswood drive is 100% better. For the more expensive or classics, I'd stick to cleaning them at home or having them detailed.

I went through the wash, and I got out to spot dry afterwards and noticed a bunch of paint chip marks on the hood of my car. I went inside and received "help" from Johnie. I brought him to my car and he instantly started chuckling, told me the chipping didn't happen at their car wash, and continued chuckling asking me what do I expect from them. Told me they will deny my claim but we can go ahead and try. He gave me his personal phone to do the claim and as I'm filling the claim out, he starts receiving messages from "Princess" cussing him out. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. He told me I'd hear from his manager within 3 days. It's been 2 weeks and I've yet to hear back.
