This location operates off your license plate which is sooo much better than places that put stickers on your car that take forever to remove. I've visited other Super Star Car Wash locations that are well-maintained and provide excellent service, so I know the company is capable of much better. Your payment choices are to use their coins or use a credit/debit card. If you use the coins, any extra you have are non-refundable. You have to use cash to exchange for the coins as they won't accept quarters. Should you choose to use the credit/debit card option, there is a $25 hold against your account (Check near the reader) & a minimum. Several times I have seen people not realize that you have to manually stop the credit/debit card reader or it keeps going. If you complain, they will offer you a $5 credit only if you download their app. Guess what?, you get a $5 credit anyway for that. For daily drivers, I find the car wash next to QT off Basswood drive is 100% better. For the more expensive or classics, I'd stick to cleaning them at home or having them detailed.
