If you want to run a "first-class" facility to take care of players and their families, this is not how you handle things. That bag had over $50 worth of supplies in it we needed. My girls have been going to Adrenaline Athletics for the past four years. They had been enjoying…read moregoing there and my older daughter was the one who asked me to let her join and learn gymnastics. At a monthly evaluation recently, her coach made her do a combination movement that she did not want to do and she let her coach know that. She did not have the proper training or safety to perform it on her own. It ended up with her breaking her arm. Another family member had taken her to class that day and I have asked for a written explanation many times from the school and they have not responded. I did receive a call from one of the owners saying that she did not see what happened and she hadn't spoke to the instructor, which was not helpful to what I am asking - why was my daughter asked to do something on her own when she did not want to and without protections and without the necessary experience to execute the movement. On the call the owner explained that gymnastics is unpredictable, but that is why the school and instructors should be training in a way to avoid injuries. Some injuries may happen, but when making girls do things on their own when they are not ready is not right. Now my daughter never wants to do gymnastics again. She has gone through so much pain with her broken arm and a painful surgery. The school's silence on this is disheartening.

I brought my three kids in for a trial class, and unfortunately, the experience wasn't what we had…read morehoped for. As newcomers to the facility, it was difficult to settle in because there was a lot of noise and distraction--many kids were yelling, not listening, and playing around in a way that made it hard for others to stay focused. The overall lack of cooperation among the kids made it challenging for my own children to engage and follow along. On top of that, the coaching could have been more clear and direct. During the obstacle course, instructions weren't always well communicated, which left me stepping in to guide my kids myself so they could participate properly. One positive note was Coach Aiden, who seemed to genuinely understand how to guide the kids and was especially helpful with my son, who felt overwhelmed during the session. I really appreciated the support he gave in helping him settle and participate. Unfortunately, once that support wasn't present and the class returned to a more chaotic and loud environment, my son became overwhelmed again and struggled to continue participating. I can see potential in the program, but a stronger structure, clearer coaching, and better overall group management would make a big difference for new families, like mine, trying to join KidStrong.

There is also a viewing window for all the family to observe their little one dancing. Super friendly and approachable staff. It seems dancers start here and continue all through high school. I was assured Ms. Cindy was great and they have experience with handling toddlers and the hardest part was for the toddlers to leave their parents but not to worry they know how to handle it and come the next day for a class. Well there was no introduction let alone communication about this and the teacher asks as class starts is she new? I say yes and she grabs my crying daughter into the studio. My daughter cried the entire class. The teacher would stand over my daughter when she was crying which is an intimidating act to a sitting toddler. After class I ask the teacher about class and she points at my daughter and says, "she can tell you." Well my daughter is 3 and all she was capable of telling me was the teacher was mean and told her to stop yelling. The teacher asked to speak to me after class. But instead of privately speaking to me, she proceeds to very loudly in the lobby in front of all the other students and parents start to ask private questions very loudly and lecture very loudly on expectations in her dance room. Understandable but absolutely not a discussion to be had in front of the entire studio. No empathy or understanding that we are just getting her comfortable in public in this pandemic. No masks worn by any staff. Just very angry, upset, disappointed in how my child and the entire situation was handled and we will not be returning to this studio after our treatment.
