I called to complain that my tables and linens were still on site and not picked up like they were supposed to be after an event and instead of apologizing and making arrangements to get them quickly she told me they would be picked up at the end of the day and that it wasn't her fault. I explained that they were in our place of business and we needed them gone to continue business and she offered no help. She sounded annoyed that I was annoyed! Bad customer service.

I'm assuming the brunette woman is some form of co-operator; she is nice enough to work with. However, the blonde front desk woman provides not only the hands down worst customer service but also has an attitude you'll never want to experience again (I can't imagine this is her first lousy review). Paired alongside the painful sighing and eye-rolls; she tried to blame us for breaking the heaters we rented- we were told later on the side by the owner that the heaters already had issues before we got them. It's really unfortunate given the years of business we've had with this company. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there unless you're well equipped to deal with such a miserable person in the midst of your big day plans. Country Rentals and Taylor rentals do a better job; less expensive and no attitude.

    My wedding was this last Saturday and I contracted with another vendor back in March for tents,…read moretables, lawn games etc. On June 10th she emailed me saying she could not provide the tent because the permitting process involved too many barriers (but this is what your business does, right?). I called the chief inspector and learned that the permitting process contained none of the steps she claimed. I was confused, but convinced her to try and get the permit and she did. Five days before my wedding she took the final payment and THEN informed me she had subcontracted with another tent company....that didn't have the type of tent we were promised. I took about two half-days of work trying to find a tent company at the last minute that had what we wanted and had been promised. Peterson recommended I call Busy Bee. I got ahold of Sal Longo and he made everything come together in three days. He arranged for delivery and pickup, he redid the permits, he added my venue as additional insured and provided the venue with Certificates on Insurance, AND at the last minute when the forecast looked bad, he added a second tent for us with no fuss whatsoever. Lo and behold, the other vendor completely no-showed with everything else making our wedding an exercise in the legalese of contract and consumer protection law. The day of the wedding Sal and Kiely attempted to even get us tables, linens and lights that weren't coming from another company. We ended up getting them elsewhere that had them ready to go, but I trust they would have found a way to get them to us if it was possible. I called them in the middle of the process and said "Taylor rental can get them here by 1:30, should I do that or do you think you can do it?" And Kiely said "If they've got it go for it, we are scrambling for you but I'm just not sure we have enough of what you need." To me, this is the sign of great people - they tell you to take care of your needs even when it means they lose a little extra business they've already worked for. After this experience I never want to throw a big party again, but if I do they'll be my first call.

The slide was half deflated within an hour and two children for a huge 6 inch cut/gash from something poking out from the slide (that was likely one of the SEVEN patches that were attached to the faulty slide.) I called and talked to staff (who said management would call me back) no one called back after several attempts. I emailed too. They blocked my email. I am disgusted with how incredibly horrendous this company is doing business.
