Debris was still in my storage arm rest, my cup holder, my entire vehicle was smeared as if the wax wasn't all the way wiped on, water stains all over, sun visions still dirty, entire ceiling on vehicle still with debris. The guy who did the work texted me wanting me to come right away to get the vehicle as he was ready to leave at 2pm. Business hours state this place closes at 5pm. I told hike to leave the key in the car and I would get there asap. I also sent him a $50 tip via zelle and paid through zelle. I contacted the owner immediately and he told me the same guy would fix the issues next Monday which is a week later. I told him I was no longer comfortable with the employee and the Owner said to bring it back and he had one hour. No thank you, one hour to redo my entire car? no thanks. Asked for a partial refund and got the I'll send a check. Check still hasn't arrived 20 days later. Called yesterday and Owner said he's in Florida and hasn't had The time to write the check yet and he then blocked me.

Owner was condescending and rude pretty much from the start blaming the insurance companies for undercutting his prices and that they were trying to make a killing from all the claims coming in from the hail damage storm. In the end he still got $250 from me (insurance reimbursed) for doing the estimate. I don't ever recall being charged for estimates before and after the discussions with the owner it seems he is the one trying gouge people for more money. I told him my comp deductible is $100 and that is all I'll be paying. Luckily Caliber Collison works with insurance companies and has a better reputation. DO NOT GO HERE.
