Used this company before and the owner did an amazing job. I made another appointment and the owner didn't tell me he no longer works there full time. I show up and he has another guy working for him which is fine. The new guy went up on the price by $50. I was originally quoted $300. I agreed to pay the $350 and Was told that this guy has been detailing for 22 years yet my vehicle wasn't even half way detailed. All I can tell was the carpet was shampooed. Debris was still in my storage arm rest, my cup holder, my entire vehicle was smeared as if the wax wasn't all the way wiped on, water stains all over, sun visions still dirty, entire ceiling on vehicle still with debris. The guy who did the work texted me wanting me to come right away to get the vehicle as he was ready to leave at 2pm. Business hours state this place closes at 5pm. I told hike to leave the key in the car and I would get there asap. I also sent him a $50 tip via zelle and paid through zelle. I contacted the owner immediately and he told me the same guy would fix the issues next Monday which is a week later. I told him I was no longer comfortable with the employee and the Owner said to bring it back and he had one hour. No thank you, one hour to redo my entire car? no thanks. Asked for a partial refund and got the I'll send a check. Check still hasn't arrived 20 days later. Called yesterday and Owner said he's in Florida and hasn't had The time to write the check yet and he then blocked me. read more

I talked with the owner Chris 3 times before going in. He assured me that he would be doing the work. I made clear I would need a ride back home. He said they could do that. When I arrived, someone else who said he was the shoop manager was there. When I mentioned the ride, he had no idea of that promise. These people may do good work, but if their reliability of following through on what they say they will do is an indication of their work, I doubt it. I will never go back. richard Hodur read more

Update - 3 years later. I brought my car in to be detailed by a genuine professional. I asked if the black spots (put there by "on the spot" workers) on the mirrors could be corrected. The detailer looked at the damage, reached into his pocket and pulled out a cloth and a small bottle of compond and proceeded to buff off the marks on one of the mirrors. I was stunned. He looked at the other mirror and said, "they put a buffer on it. It had been touched up previously and they ripped the touchup paint off. Never put a buffer on a mirror." I must say, I am beyond impressed, they came to my home brought all of their supplies and was extremely professional and very thorough with cleaning the interior of my car. After reviewing their work I was so stunned that I am tempted to not trade in my vehicle that's how well they cleaned it. I now regret not having gotten the exterior done because if they can clean the inside of my car that well, I can only imagine how awesome the outside would have looked. My car was horrible before they cleaned it, I have two 7 year old twin boys who like to eat and leave food everywhere in my car. Amazing work!! We have an Acadia, with 4 children, ages 13,5,2 and 1. This should give you an idea as to the diaster that the car was in. Chris showed up on time and was extremely nice and kind. The job was fantastic. My car looks, smells and feels showroom new. The goo in the cup holders gone, the fries and cheerio's in between the seats vanished, the lingering smell of sippy cup and play ground sweat, disappeared. This man is amazing!! Chris was on time arriving at our home to was:wax our motor home. He and his assistant did excellent work removing bugs and waxing our motor home after a long season of driving. His price was better than we've paid elsewhere in the past and he went over the whole coach with me after he was finished. Fabulous to work with! Today, November 27, 2019, I went to On The Spot for some work to remove tree sap stains that appeared primarily on the hood of my 2018 VW Passat. The work was completed by Alfonso Reyes, who not only completed the repairs, but proceeded to polish my entire vehicle. The work was absolutely first rate in every way. Alfredo was very polite and proceeded with his work in a very methodical and meticulous manner. I was extremely impressed by his mastery of the tools used, and the attention to detail which Alfredo exhibited, in bringing the finish of my car to looking as good or better than the day I bought it on June 30, 2018.
