I was too nervous to drive far from home, so I took a leap of faith and headed over to my neighborhood Cloverly Citgo. Now under new management, I'll admit--I was a little hesitant. The previous mechanic was beloved in the community, and change always makes folks a bit uneasy. As an avid Yelper, I usually need a few glowing reviews before trying a new spot. But this time, I just drove in and hoped for the best. And you know what? I'm so glad I did. The new owner greeted me personally and reassured me they'd take good care of my vehicle. They put my car up on the lift, and--yep--my worst fears were confirmed: both rotors and pads needed replacing. But here's the thing--Eddie, the mechanic, not only fixed my brakes, he also took care of a tire that had a nail in it *free of charge.* Talk about going above and beyond. They treated me like a valued customer from the moment I walked in, and more importantly, they earned my *trust.* That's not easy to do these days, but Cloverly Citgo did it. After doing some research, that information is simply not accurate. TPMS sensors can be relearned or replaced individually and do not require buying four new tires. This felt very misleading and made me question the honesty of the service. On top of that, my tire pressure light was still on after I left. I would strongly advise others to get a second opinion before agreeing to any work here.

After their evaluation, they told me I had "more water than gas in the gas tank" and it was going to be $800 to fix the damage caused by the contaminated gas. Olney Car Care are hands down the most (only?) honest mechanics I've ever been to. We took my husband's Lexus to the dealer for repairs and they quoted us $7500. Olney got it done for $3000-- and did it well. We've been going to them for three years, and it's been the same story every time. Extremely reliable service at honest prices. The mechanics are also very nice and easy to deal with. I no longer live in Olney, but still drive 30 min just to take my car to these guys because there's no one better. Highly recommend. Just don't take my appointment! :)

Large gas station with two separate sets of pumps…read more A bit of a stressful experience here. Pump 7 wouldn't start several times. I gave it one final try and the latch wouldn't unlatch so I had to fill it to full tank, even though the prices here are rather steep. The location is super convenient right on Randolph and New Hampshire but the gas stations on main roads are almost always much pricier than on side and ancillary roads. I should have used the GasBuddy app. I wouldn't come back.
