In addition to the oil change, they performed an overall inspection. Kris was my tech and he was the best! He was friendly and informative. He informed me of the repairs that I should consider given my car's mileage. I appreciated that he took the time to talk me through the repairs and explain the importance behind it. Found a coupon on the website and got a few dollars off. They also gave me a voucher for a free car wash for the Germantown location. I brought it in with an engine tapping thinking it needed a rebuild--had taken it to a Jeep dealership service center that quoted me $8K for an engine replacement. Will quickly figured out the problem--no charge for the diagnostic--and determined it did not need a rebuild. He took care of it quickly and was really communicative in the process. After said repairs were done, it still leaked. was advised that it was the water pump and that they were not interested in doing the repairs. They put stop leak in it to temporarily seal the leak. Dumb move as that process only causes more issues. clogged water jackets internally, clogged heater core and radiator. although I drove the car to the shop I was unable to drive it home. broke down twice do to water pouring out. Picture is what it looked like as I finally made it to my parking spot. 780.00 dollars for what? Replaced water pump myself as the car was now totally broke down and had to replace a clogged up radiator. I am sure more damage due to stop leak installed by shop is yet to come.

It was clean, easy to find, and it wasn't crowded. Adam was awesome! He was friendly and detailed and kept everything in the shop moving smoothly. He seemed like an honest guy and was really transparent. My car is about 8 years old so needs some love but he took the time to break down what what was the most important to focus on now and what we can wait to chip at over time. I appreciated that because he didn't have to do that. This shop isn't super close to where I live but I wouldn't hesitate to go back because of my experience.
