I'm writing this review constructively because I truly want to see them maintain the standard they set, but the attention to detail has noticeably declined recently. On my most recent visit, I paid extra for a vacuum upgrade to get my interior looking sharp. Unfortunately, right before driving off, I noticed several obvious patches of pet hair that looked completely untouched. When I brought it to the detailer's attention, instead of quickly re-vacuuming the spots, he opted to wipe them down with a chemical product on a rag, which didn't actually remove the hair. To top it off, once I got on the road, I realized the main display screen hadn't been wiped down properly either. At the end of the day, I ended up having to use the vacuum station at my apartment complex to finish the job they missed. Having to redo the work yourself after paying for an upgraded package defeats the purpose of going to a professional wash. Wash Your Way RVA has a great foundation, but I hope management can tighten up final inspections and get quality control back to where it used to be.

I got the $20 wash which is 2 levels above basic. The most expensive was is $29. I don't really consider this a tunnel wash, since you drive in and stop in one spot just like the gas station. Once the wash is over a door opens and you drive into another room where the dryers move around your car. You can see from my picture not everything came off. Photo was taken once i got to my families house 8 min away. Bottom line, in my opinion you can get just about the same wash at your gas station car was for $5-7 less. Disappointed.

Chemical damage to my infotainment screen, etc. But this time, I specifically wanted to know if they had a fungicide that they could spray on my floors because it had gotten wet recently, during the rains, the attendant told me they do have that, but only with the super wash. I asked him if I had to request it special, and he said, no, they do it to all the cars with the super wash. At the end when i was paying l was looking at the services that come with the super wash, and I didn't see it there. So I asked the cashier, the cashier said that they don't have that service. They don't have that product. A manager was called, and he said they don't do that. So I told them the only reason I bought the super wash is because the attendant said it came with the super wash, and eventually they charged me the normal price for the car wash that I would have bought, had the attendant not misled me. when I got my car, my EZ pass was missing. To begin, the tire cleaner just hissed air for a minute. I switched to the Presoak function. The stream was so narrow and underpowered even for "low pressure" that I wasted 3 minutes just trying to get coverage on my car. Switching to "High Powered" rinse and soap it is woefully underpowered. Usually bird poop and other clingy things will was off with this type of function, but not here. Also, it took over a full minute for soap to actually appear in the sprayer. Also of frustration, the sprayer boom will not fully circle the car. Moving on to the foam brush, the bristles are so old and thin that it has a better chance of scratching your car than actually scrubbing any clingers. And then there's the "foam" of the brush. It comes out so thin and runny that it just slides down the car. It's a foaming brush, not a soap cannon. I decided to just try to rinse the car. Back to the under powered "high pressure" sprayer. I literally spent 5 minutes trying to get the "foaming soap" off of my car. I tried the wax function, to at least get rid of spots, but as I could tell, there was no actual wax coming through the sprayer. (For 2 minutes) They clearly don't seem to be on top of filling in their liquid solutions. Now my car is spotty and still has dirty areas that cheaper and more effective hand wash places get clean no problem. I wasted nearly 20 dollars and I now have to go somewhere else I know I can actually get my car clean. Save yourself time and money, start somewhere else until this place updates and improves every aspect of this car wash
