I really appreciate the effort that is put into cleaning all of the "nooks and crannies" of your car. The kids working are always super nice and helpful. Exterior wash is as to be expected from a tunnel. Although when the line gets long, the time in the tunnel seems to get shorter. That could be my imagination. I'll have to time it. The interior and finish crew need to be better trained. They have the drive, but lack direction. This leads to a mediocre product. read more

Paid for a "better" car wash and told the young lady I had a lot of bug splatter on the windshield and front of car. She sprayed something on the windshield and when the wash was done, the bug splatter remained. I went back around and asked to go through again. Only if I paid another $11. This place is fantastic. The complete exterior/interior car wash package is only $27, and they do such a great job. I've been going to Car Pool for years and continuously have to ask that they take care of spots that they missed (which begs the question why do I keep going back), but here at Wash Your Way, they encourage you to let them know if they missed anything; however, that wasn't even necessary because they did so well. This was my first time at this car wash. My dad and brother love going here! I always love going to drive through car washes! The guy guided me onto the track and then I put it into neutral and went through. My car was super clean on the outside. Then you pull around and guys will deep clean the inside depending on what service you pay for. I paid $25. The guys did a great job! My floor matts were super clean and my inside consul that I specifically asked for a deep clean was great! A great little car wash. read more

WARNING: RISK OF DAMAGE TO YOUR CAR... I took my previously pristine 2024 Wrangler through the Wash Your Way RVA carwash on 02/25/25 at approximately 12:30 PM. I never got out of the car until I got home at which time I saw the major damage to the paint job on the hood of my car. This definitely was not present before I went through the car wash. I drove back to the car wash to show the damage, ultimately speaking with the manager (?owner) when I was told "My car wash doesn't damage cars" and they refused to take any responsibility or even consider the possibility that the damage done to my car occurred in their wash. Without recognizing the irony, he then pointed me to the disclaimer on the entrance sign that they are not responsible for any damage to the vehicle. Why the disclaimer if the car wash doesn't damage cars? The accompanying pictures don't lie. What I know is that these scratches were not present before I went through the wash and nothing unusual happened while I was driving home. You figure it out. If anyone else went through the Wash Your Way RVA wash around the same time, check your car's paint job for damage and please respond here. read more

Poor customer service I can say the employees are so much rude with you. I was asking for a towel to dry my car and they show me too much attitude. I first choose the Basic wash to see how it works so that I can get the membership but the way they behave with me. I don't recommend this place for anyone. read more

I will say that Max (the owner?) remembered who I was, we were able to talk out the issues and he assured my car was clean way beyond my expectations! A car had side swiped me leaving awful black scuff marks down the side. I did not expect them to get those marks out, but they did! I was beyond impressed when I walked out to my car. Came here to get a vehicle cleaned. I got the full service supreme which includes a wash, interior cleaning , and tire shine for $27. It took about 20 minutes for them to do the cleaning. Pretty good cleaning for the most part, just some small areas that could've used a bit more cleaning. They may have rushed it as a line was beginning to form. Overall a solid clean for $27 they'll do a good enough job to make your vehicle look good, much better bang for your buck compared to carpool. read more

I had to search so many different car washes in Richmond. Many of them are self service where you have to vacuum out your vehicle. There is another car wash out in Midlothian. 2022 Pacifica. We have 2 dogs and our shepherd sheds pretty much. Then there is the dog noses and paws. I got a basic wash with the full interior clean. Wow!!! $19 and they did a really good job. I have had positive experiences in the past here however nothing irks me more when a business does not open on time. I arrived right at opening time (8am) and hung around about 20 min but still no service or even a person to explain why there was a delay. I'm a nurse and work 10 hour shifts so most car washes are closed when I get off so it would have been nice to know their hours favor an 8:30 start and not 8am so I wouldn't have wasted my time and brought my business somewhere else that is actually open at 8. read more

It is great having a car wash place close to the west end. It is reasonable pricing and I have been twice so far. It's really luck of the draw who you get to do your interior. The first time I went the young man did an excellent 4 star job on my interior. The 2nd time I went I did the full service again and didn't get a good one for the inside. I came home my car had barely been touched on the inside. I had paid the $25 to get the full package and this time it was maybe 5-7 minutes they spent cleaning the interior of my small audi SUV. It's hard finding a place to do a decent interior cleaning here ! If anyone has suggestions of where to go for interior cleaning please advise. For outside car wash it is fine - but if you want interior really clean it is mediocre at best. I still tipped the young man because it was a hot day but I did come back home and clean my interior myself. read more

During my Lyft ride with Tyler (Hyundai Genesis), whose car is sparkling clean, inside and out, I asked where gets his car wash services from and he suggested, Wash Your Way RVA. I strive to support local and family owned businesses and Wash Your Way RVA did not disappoint. I don't do too well with keeping my four wheeled baby clean on the outside because I'm always on the go and often limited on time. First time customer last time visit. Went through the self car wash on a bright sunny day. As I'm wiping down my vehicle notice fresh still peeling off white scratches on my blue Jeep right near the gas tank. I filled up my car the day before during another bright sunny day and those scratches we're not there. I take very good care of my car I would've notice new scratches. Unfortunately the only manager that was on duty that I needed to speak with about it was too busy to walk through his own parking lot to see the scratches. The first thing that he said to me was "Look I don't play the scratch game! I've never had any problems here. I'm too busy right now it's a holiday I can maybe see what I can do another time." He would not come to the car in the same parking lot where I was vacuuming and noticed the spots. I had to physically drive through the entire parking lot that was full of his staff cleaning other customers cars. Once he finally decided to walk 2 feet to see the damage this is what he said to me. "You have two options you can point your finger in my face and get mad at me and blame me. Or I can try to see what I can do but again I don't play the scratch game here!" As a veteran working in customer service for 17 years I notice this man did not apologize for a complaint from a customer at his establishment. After I pointed out to him that I've been talking to him about my complaint for seven minutes now I have yet to hear an apology. As he turns away he's rolling his eyes with an attitude his response was, "Because your accusing me of something that I know I did not do." While he's squatted down buffing out my vehicle he's asking me hypothetical questions that still has nothing to do with how sincerely he apologizes about what may or may not have happened there. I express to him that I was so shocked of this customer service he cuts me off and says "you finished?" Asking me am I done expressing to him how this is unacceptable with his customer service then he lets me know that he is the owner. At this point he is completely disrespectfully talking down to me. I had r enough of this treatment. I told him to back up from my car he does not I told him again put his tools down and back up from my car again he says I'm not finished Fixing the problem, as he continues to buff out my vehicle. I had to physical raise my arm up put in a gap between his tools and my vehicle and asked him for the third time please back away from my vehicle remove your tools from the pavement so I can leave! I am so shocked to receive this type of treatment I will never go back and will spread to word how this business owner handles his own paying customers. read more

So I kind of love this place. It's never too busy and I never have to wait too long to get my car ashes and vacuumed. It's reasonably priced and the workers are always really nice. It's usually not a line when I come so I can just pull on thru. There is also an indoor and outdoor waiting area if you are getting a vacuum or inside clean out.
