Bought the monthly RVA wash club! Unlimited car washes every month. You get the ultimate $20 wash and so far I've used it 3 times this month already! The cat wars his pretty good, there was some soap residue left,and the dryer can be stronger, but all and all my car was sparkly! I love driving right in! You can cancel your Membership at any time, but so far so good! I'm enjoying keeping my good ole SUV fresh! I think they should play the song "Carwash" as you drive up!! read more

One of the closest car wash places close to my house. My husband took the car to a golf course and brought it home covered in bird poo. I picked up the kids and took them on this fun adventure. It was a cold afternoon (around 4:40ish) and I was really glad that there were people at the machine to help me get what I needed to get. Processed the one-time car wash and was on my way to the machine. There was also a person at the machine to tell me where to steer my tires and then put my car in neutral. Pretty good cleaning for $10.99! The kids enjoyed the washing machine experience and was easy to go in and out. There was a little bit of poo residue but got most of all the junk off of the car. Whenever I don't have the kids I'd like to do the full works when I can. I will definitely be coming back here whenever we have a dirty car! read more

Went there on May 6th 2024 around 3:05pm and the staff was very friendly and generous and went above and beyond. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice, the man standing at the kiosk, the women ushering the vehicles in and even the women walking around making sure everything was in order. This company has dropped substantially in quality and service since it began its aggressive expansion. The new license plate reading system that replaced the bar code sticker one regularly has issues. When this happens you have to wait for someone to come an input your information again. Often, they only have 1 person at the entrance so you have to wait for them to finish guiding cars into the carwash to assist you. This causes considerable delays for you and the cars waiting behind you. Additionally, I have been double charged several times in the last few months on my membership plan. I have to call the main office and leave a message due to no one answering the phone and hope they get to my issue and refund me what they overcharged. I've been with this company for years (including the previous ownership). I'm strongly considering closing my account for my 3 cars and going to their competitor down the road. Unfortunately, they don't have a lot of competition in Chesterfield. Hopefully they do soon as they are no longer the quality, responsive company the once were. read more

I went to the establishment on 3/25/2024 at Parham Road and while the vehicle was going through the wash, one of the rollers ripped the roof rack off my 2023 Santa Cruz. The workers apologized and stated that the machine was not set properly to bypass the roof rack. The roof rack is damaged and now I am being told that it is not covered. I don't understand if it was an issue that flagstop admitted to, why it is not being replaced. I've never had this issue before going through with my roof rack. This is unacceptable and needs to be resolved immediately. read more

Note: This review is only for the $6 basic wash! I came here because my car was full of bird poop that had accumulated over a week. I paid for the basic wash instead of the other fancy ones (which, in retrospect, maybe I should've paid extra, although they advertise the $6 wash). The basic wash was unable to completely rid my car of bird poop (and it was shorter than the other car washes). Gave it a star for the free vaccuum station. I have been a Wash Club member for about a year, and it is well worth it. Not only is $25 monthly unlimited the BEST value in town, the team that runs these area locations is incredibly responsive to inquiries or problems, and has always been kind, quick, and courteous with replies and solutions. The employees at this particular location are always great and do their best. I know there are other options around RVA, but you would be doing yourself a tremendous disservice to not give Flagstop a shot. read more

This could be my new place to get my car washed! They have three different options here: Express ($5), Works ($10), and Fire/Ice exprss ($15). You can also add options to your type of wash which includes an enhanced pre soak or a shine sealant. I opted for the Works wash which included: Tire shine, clear coat wax, Triple foam, spot free rinse, underbody flush and an exterior wash. The entire "car wash" experience from when I entered the car wash area to when my car went through the dryer phase took less than 2 minutes...? This concered me a little bit as other places take around 5 minutes. But when the car came out and I inspected it everything appeared to look nice and clean on the exterior of my car, including the under carriage. There were some spots on hub caps that didn't seemed liked it was touched but it wasn't that big of a deal to me. The best thing about this place is that offer unlimited use of the vaccumns for your car after your wash! So you can take extra time drying off your car or just cleaning the inside of your car. Clean facility, reasonable prices and it seemed to do the trick for the car wash I was looking for. read more

I went through a few weeks ago and the employee who led me onto the track led me on wrong and we both heard something under my car snap. Right after I left the car wash a plastic piece on the bottom of my car was dragging. I filed paperwork for the incident that was the fault of the car wash and they said they'd contact me within two days and never did. Both myself and my insurance company have been calling them and they aren't returning our calls. I'm disappointed because this was my go to spot and would expect at least a little bit of customer service from their end after they damaged my vehicle. This location offers "Express" service only--meaning the wash is exterior done by machine and there is no staff to provide detailing. There are 3 pricing options--$5, $10 and $15--with the differences being different types of wax / sealant / shine treatments applied through the wash. The real value of this place is free do-it-yourself vacuums you can use after the wash. There are about 20 stations you can pull into with their own vacuums. There is also a free shared mat carpet cleaning machine that runs pretty quickly. Check-in with Yelp and you'll get a $2 off code you can punch in to the payment system before starting your transaction. They lose a star because, being my first time here, the order / payment machine and gate were malfunctioning. There was a large queue of customers gridlocking the entrance and the staff wasn't able communicate / manage / coordinate the problem effectively. Stay away at all costs. Paid 18 for carnauba wax wash, no wax on my car, employees treated me rudely and then badmouthed me when they thought I couldn't hear them *guess what I have a convertible*. Honestly the guy with the bald spot on top and the old woman are two of the most bitter and disrespectful people I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. I would rwash my car with a toothbrush and dry it with the air from my mouth than ever return to Flagstop Car Wash. thanks for coming to my ted talk. To Daniel H, that would make sense except I watched the machines the first time through and they didn't turn on- whereas when I went through the second time they miraculously did.
