The manager Paul, to "Make", K-ski (sorry I couldn't get your name right) Isaiah, and all the others that helped make my car look as good as possible. It's a great place, with nice people and lots of features, unlimited vacuuming, window cleaner, lots of towels, car mat cleaner, high pressure air to get all the stuff out of the cracks, as well as a air pump. While going through the wash, my tire sensor alarm went off noting air loss. When I came out of the wash, my tire was flat and the valve stem was torn off with damage to my tire. I asked to speak to the manager. "Mark" returned and stated "that's not factory." Not sure what that meant, but "factory" terms have nothing to do with my tire being damaged while going through the wash. This visit cost me a tow and a new tire repair. The staff showed no concern for the damages caused by their establishment. They did not offer any resolution or assistance. I will not be returning. Disappointing business and poor customer service.
