Most of the people that work there are fairly knowledgeable of what they stock. Most are pretty friendly except one who acts like he's going out of the way to help you. He's the best to talk to if you're looking for something, he seems to be there most of the time. That have a great supplies of nuts, screws, and bolts. You can get what you need they're not packaged. They also have hardware and supplies that you won't find in any other store. If I'm pretty sure they are going to have I'll go to Flagala over any of the other stores even if I'm looking for something that's hard to find. At one time Flagala was the only hardware store that the beach had, the east end anyway.

Up until speaking with Mr Peace I was willing to negotiate the difference of $62.26 but then he began to accuse me of stealing gas that I did not order and so now this has become a principle matter more then a amount matter. Mr Peace had no right in accusing a customer that has been with his company for over 9 years of stealing gas that was never authorized to be charged. I would like to speak to the owner of this business to get this resolved but Mr. Peace refuses to provide with a name or number. I have never had any issues with this company to be treated in the manner that I was today over the phone.

They are the only ones who went above and beyond to help us. If you look back on my history, you should see the many phone calls and issues we encountered. It's a small airport and this is off-season and not many people renting yet still very few cars available. Yesterday we tried renting a the other Panama City Beach Avis and they had no cars at all. We called this location and they were helpful but no cars other than mini-vans. Sorry. I'm not a soccer mom and thus a minivan will not be ok. This was our second attempt to trying to get a car and it was finally perfect! Very happy with the exchange and new vehicle.

Now that is no fault of our own, as we followed the directions provided to us on our reservation, just to be told less than 10hrs prior to heading home, that our car was no longer available. And rather than do everything they could to supply us with another car for their ineptitude, they give us a run around on the phone - and effectively leave us stranded in FL without anyway of getting home. I REPEAT, DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS OR YOUR MONEY!!
