He's the best to talk to if you're looking for something, he seems to be there most of the time. That have a great supplies of nuts, screws, and bolts. You can get what you need they're not packaged. They also have hardware and supplies that you won't find in any other store. If I'm pretty sure they are going to have I'll go to Flagala over any of the other stores even if I'm looking for something that's hard to find. At one time Flagala was the only hardware store that the beach had, the east end anyway.

the worst customer service in this small town! i guess they forgot they are not the only hardware…read morestore in carrabelle!!! i have been frequenting this store for a few months now and recently ordered a new screen door. when it came in 1 week ago, aaron dempsey, one of the owners, told me the screen was torn and they would have to replace the screen. he said it would be done later that day. now, it's 1 week later, my handyman came to pick up the door and the screen had not been replaced!! aaron gave the new screening material to my handyman and told him to fix the $75 door i paid for over the phone, which should have been in perfect condition. lucky for me, my handyman is willing to take the extra time to fix this door!!! aaron told me he was too busy to discuss the matter, with me on the phone today. needless to say i will not be spending another penny at this ganders hardware store.
