Everyone is here with a purpose, so the flow to receive a sandwich or checkout is smooth. The staffing here is always adequate with no delays. It is close to the interstate on ramps and Wal-Mart, so that may be the reason they keep the lines moving. It's tidy, and someone is cleaning something everytime I come here. Most staff members at this location have been polite and respectful, but this particular interaction showed a serious lack of basic human empathy and poor judgment. The lack of empathy shown was alarming. Treating a human being as an inconvenience rather than exercising basic decency reflects poorly on the management at this location.
