Wow! what hasn't been said about EY Chair Covers and Beverly yet. This is a long overdue Review for a Vendor I've been Loyal to, for the past three years. Whether you're a meeting planner or a Bride getting married, EY is Truly my Favorite vendor I look forward to make magic Happen. I work for a company that has the pleasure to host many parties for our clients and our employees. The last event we had was well over 400 guests at Yoshi's in San Francisco. From Linens to Chair Covers, samples and lighting, this company truly cared about the products. Never did I once feel like the pressure to buy more products or go with the Chivari Chairs because they're more expensive. Our Initial meeting was at Yoshi's. Beverly agreed to meet my team and I at 6PM, even though those were outside the office hours. Unfortunately, our boss has a last minute cancellation, and we met w/o her. Beverly bought everything from different colored overlays, a wide variety of linens and Uplights for the effect. I was pretty sure we knew what we wanted after the hour long consultation. Of course, the big boss wanted to see everything the following week. Without hesitation, Beverly brought the same linens and overlays back to us the following week. I felt so bad! Sure enough, day of the event, our Guest Count went up by 50 guests... With just a single call, she came through and assisted us with our needs. EY makes me look like a Rockstar, at EVERY Single one of our events. I love my job and working with smaller companies like, Especially Yours, you do feel like you're the only client -- and I LOVE IT! Although I don't write many reviews, I hope the readers will agree -- holiday parties and weddings alike, call Especially Yours first. They go the extra mile. 5 Stars. Bravo! read more

As an event planner, it is very important for me that everything goes right on the day of the Wedding. My bride hired me for Day of Coordination and hired all her vendors on her own. She chose Chair Cover Company "A" because of their $1.50 pricing. I ALWAYS tell my clients you pay for what you get for. For $1.50 chair covers, yes, they were cheap, affordable and they said they even set up the chair covers. That's something that I'm always very cautious of, because it almost sounded to good to be true. Day of the Wedding before my arrival to the restaurant, the Bride called me and told me the $1.50 "A" chair cover company had MOLD and MILDEW on their Chair Covers!!! It event stunk up the entire ballroom. Imagine 350 of them!! FREAKING OUT RIGHT???!! Some of you have msg'd me for the name of this other company. I prefer not to disclose them. Enter ==== Especially Yours Chair Covers, saved the day ===== I've used Beverly and her company for the majority of my events. I can't remember a wedding I didn't refer her, except this current case where the bride found another place on her own. The pricing was $4.00, but it was worth all of it! I called Beverly around 2PM, and had less than an hour to set up all the chair covers and the sashes. The "$1.50 A" company drove me crazy. Needless to say, I will never recommend a company who's chair covers smells worse than your dirty laundry. For DIY brides, suggestion: Go with a Company who will not ruin your Day. We were referred to Beverly of Especially Yours through our amazing Wedding Planner, Amy Tam w/ Amy's Weddings and Events. Like our Wedding planner, we didn't plan on hiring one. We always thought Chair Covers were a little cheesy and everyone gets them. Amy suggested Chivari Chairs. We never even heard of these Chairs. Luckily, with the internet these days, photographs are worht million bucks. Thankfully, they didn't cost us that much, but being it was the Biggest Day of our lives, we really wanted to step it up a notch, so we got the Chivari Chairs. Looking back now, we are soo happy we got them. Having a Black Tie affair, the overall looks just makes sense. Amy designed the menu cards for us and picked the color of the linens, so the chairs were the last piece of the puzzle. My cousin was nervous about planning her wedding, so I offered to help her with some of the planning. I consulted friends who work in wedding planning and friends that were married in the past few years for information. Everyone knows planning a wedding is no easy task. I found Beverly and EY Chair Covers on yelp as I was assisting a good friend of mine on her Big Day. There were so many things to deal with. Venue, Decor, Florals, Photography, etc. I spent over an hour on the phone and she provided me w/ amazing referrals and of course, we booked her services. The Wedding was at the Cliff house Restaurant and the ceremony was nearby, at the Shakespeare Gardens in Golden Gate Park. On the Day of the Wedding, everything went as planned and it would not have been the same without Especially Yours and the crew. Just about 100 people attended the Ceremony and everything was set up in less than 30minutes! We were so fortunate because it was a on Sunday and everyone knows how GG Park parking is like, especially on a SUNDAY! We reserved 3 parking spaces, but the EY crew showed up way in advance so the early parking passes from SF Park and Rec were not necessary. After the Ceremony was over, I noticed the EY Crew was still in the area and waited for all of our guests to leave and take photos. That was so nice of them. The whole process of the Chairs Chair Covers was the easiest thing I had to deal with. Especially Yours is professional and highly recommended by the Venues I contacted. In the past year, I've attended at least 5 weddings and about 4 weddings the year before. 8 out of the 9 weddings used Especially Yours Chair Covers! Not only is it a coincidence, but each affair was perfectly decorated and matched to the couple's color scheme. From every perfectly crisp whites to an array of colors and fabrics to make that one seat for that special person. Because everyone I've spoken to highly recommended EY, I recommended them to my friend who was planning her wedding as well. We met with Beverly who was extremely nice and accomodating! I recently hired Especially Yours Chair Covers for my mom's 50th birthday celebration at the Crown Plaza Hotel. Although our package included chair covers, my family and I decided to look for our own vendor to save money. We asked around to a few friends and our catering manager told us their vendor is Beverly Yip. We looked into her references and found her to be reliable, on time and most importantly, her customer service was a pleasure to work with! Her crew showed up on time & had the chair covers set up an hour before our event started. I've recommended Beverly to most of my friends getting married or planning events. Beverly and her company Especially Yours was one of the best vendors and decisions we made for our August wedding. I highly recommend her and would use them again. We were referred to her by our day of coordinator when very last minute, our other chair cover company had to cancel on us. It would have been a nightmare but Beverly in no time came to our rescue with only one week's notice. She was reasonably priced, knew exactly what we needed/wanted, and was fast, easy, on time and SOOO professional. The chair covers I used were gorgeous ivory silk with gold sashes, and really brightened up the room and were very elegant. We rented chiavari chairs from Especially Yours Chair Covers last year for our wedding. After contacting several rental companies to get pricing for these chairs, everyone was quoting us higher than $9 per chair and that did not include delivery or set-up. We were in no position to pay $11 or $12 for a chair, seeing as we had 320 guests to account for. Our wedding planner who had worked with Beverly on many occasions, referred her to us. We ended-up paying $8 per chair and this included delivery and set-up. Our wedding was at the Hyatt Vineyard Creek in Santa Rosa and the event manager, Camille, recommended Beverly.
