Sayid (I really hope I am spelling that right!) is so friendly and always recognizes me and grabs my camel filters out before I even have to ask. I mostly go in when he's in, but I've met other people working here too and they've always been great, never had any issues, absolutely no complaints I can think of or anything I would change. They have much more than just cigarettes, but since that's all I am ever in for, I don't know what to say about the rest of it, but whatever tobacco related products you are looking for can probably be found here.
